Deadeye is so cheesy in Fractals, everyone is hitting the boss in melee range and aggroing it, and I just sit in corner of the room and shoot :v:

It has a nice burst skill but the whole espec is outclassed by basically everything. I really hope they buff it so that it can be used someplace in endgame content. also, just hit max level 257. rip. I've run out of mastery points, gotta go on a run for them tonight. Once I get a bit more XP I'll be at level 3 with all mounts save griffon. Damnit PoF why'd you have to come out when I'm supposed to be moving.
I just learned that the griffon costs 250g and involves a shitton of achievs. Time to grind now, I want him so bad :s:
Finished the story, massive spoilers. [sp]I really enjoyed the part when Balth straight up kills you and you have to chill in the Domain of the Lost for a bit. The whole afterlife/dreamworld thing has been done a lot in GW2 but this time I think they really nailed the tone for it. All the confused, lost souls wandering around in that twisted landscape. The Commander's VA did a terrific job in this section too. Easily the highlight of the whole story for me. The finale was really cool too. Kralk is fucking massive, Mordremoth ain't shit compared to him and Primordus.[/sp] :v: waaay better than HoT's story
My favorite part of the story as well. [sp]The only thing that was bugging me really hard is that you died and your guild mates don't seem to care that much or are surprised once you awaken.[/sp]

[sp]The only thing that was bugging me really hard is that you died and your guild mates don't seem to care that much or are surprised once you awaken.[/sp]
I just got through that part, [sp]the return was less than exciting, save for rytlock letting his tsundere side show again. Taimi's commentary however was surprisingly welcome, the poke comments are something I'd expect of my real friends if I just came out of a coma or something. Upon being able to return I expected I'd be waking up like, on the airship or in LA in a box or something, maybe even days later. Still a pretty heartfelt experience overall but I feel sorry for people going through this xpac without having experienced LS1/2 also I stayed at each location of the memories in the instance and watched all the scenes unfold, but at the very last one the achievement qualifier icon vanished and I didn't get the achieve, asdf[/sp]
Same. Kind of pissed about it. Ill have to go throu it again.
Where in the blue bloody FUCK is the Marshal insignia sold at? I have been searching since before noon (it's minutes till 7pm now) and I have done EVERY fucking heart and not seen a fucking trace of it.

As it turns out, though, you can outright buy the Spearmarshal stuff on the trading post. I can't remember their names but if you can find them they're 16-20g a pop or something, which is what I ended up doing instead.

I think it's a craft-only item
wouldn't this indicate some players have found how to craft them? I think it's a craft-only item
No, I've gotten a head piece drop as an exotic.
Deadeye is fun a fuck. Me and 2 other have been doing exploration together all as Deadeye, just playing sniper. It's pretty hilarious.
I like that instead of making the individual enemies harder, they just make them come in larger groups and upped the number of Veterans that are around. It makes it so every encounter doesnt feel unreasonably difficult because the mobs are super strong, but its still possible to get overwhelmed [sp] or get fucked by a hydra that somehow blindsided you[/sp]
Good for loot too.
psa: identify all your loot even if they're just blues and greens, they can still turn out to be rares, exotics and precursors.
I just came here to ask about identifying strategies now that people have played for a while. Is there ever a reason to not ID?

Boy did I get tired of winding up with a dozen pouches and satchels and other random secondary bagtypes unique to specific mobs on specific maps, along with normal gear drops which turn into a billion sigils and eat up a portion of bagspace as you try to clean it out

It saves the inventory wars until you get to a vendor. But what is the reason for them being salvageable pre-ID?

So for people with max luck can just quickly salvage and not have to worry about the crap clutter.

So for people with max luck can just quickly salvage and not have to worry about the crap clutter.
I never even thought about this. It half-fixes most people's annoyances with mass salvaging and having to manually sell/remove every minor sigil and rune. However, this is now a double-edged sword. You have to sacrifice the chance at possible rare drops/luck for convenience. In any case, I like it.
if you don't have enough for the jackal and if you're on EU then i don't mind sending some gold your way
I am! Thanks for the offer! i think the ecto's ive been getting might just give me enough!
Buckled down and picked up Path of Fire. Gonna start a character from 1 so I can re-familiarize with the controls and combat before getting whomped on in upper tier content.
What class you going as? If money is an issue then I think power is cheaper than condi and I can help you out w some gold.
After the main story, I wonder what will happen to [sp]Menzies and Dhuum now that Balthazar's dead and Grenth's disappeared. And also Razah. Probably they'll be raid stories.[/sp]
Finally sat down and completed the Bo Collection on Sunday night for my main, making it my first ascended weapon. I'll probably work on the Weaver weapon next, or Holosmith.

Though I should have some funds from my other characters still. Thank you for the offer though.
How does one make lots and lots of gold? I haven't played GW2 that much in the past and I thought I might invest myself in it for a while, but I have no idea what I'm doing.

Prices sure seem more volatile now.
