if you don't want to use sms or google authenticator you should at least make sure e-mail authentication is enabled. you only have to authenticate like once per year per login location

Give it until next week when the balance team will come in with a heavy hand and smack them about.
That's if it's the same balance team as the one who 'fixed' the Rev by ruining the staff and sword 2 in the name of "PvP balance" which ended up gimping the Rev even more than it already was.
Then that was only fixed about a week before a new spec was going to be released (Renegade) making the changes practically useless and way overdue (we had months of this stupid 'nerf').
Wish we could sell ascended mats. Sick of getting stacks and stacks of bloodstone dust that I end up having to delete because I already have a stack in my bank.
But Bloodstone Dust is the most valuable of the three mats. Super foolish to delete it

You could also just get the ones you want from the LS3 achievements, but having all 4 in 1 is much easier (as you can get maximum 6 loot containers from each of the individual gobblers instead of having to use each one individually).

First couple of times when I typed out my ticket I left a couple of fields blank. Seemed that wasn't enough for a response, but when I filled every blank field except for the serial code and the SMS authentication code in my ticket, that was enough to get a response for my account dilemma. Maybe you didn't properly type out your ticket, but I doubt it.
Anyone else stuck behind an invisible wall in the North Silverwastes?
I can't get the POI, Vista or HP there on a new toon (trying out Thief/Daredevil from my usual Rev) as there's an invisible wall all the way around the area. Can't get over it with mounts or gliding.
Submitted a bug report but just want to make sure it's not a problem on my end (I went into the Skritt tunnel from a mount which may have caused it - not sure).

Sounds like that area from the LS2-mission where you find out the truth about the sylvari, it's supposed to only be reachable via a skritt tunnel for some reason. Not sure where the entrance is though....

I've put as many details as I can in there, bank numbers, last date I purchased gems with invoice number, everything I can think of.
Worst thing is the ticket keeps getting it's time updated from when it's obviously been sorted into a pile or something. Just want to play but quite frankly, I may just quit and go back to WoW.

I got to it via the Skritt tunnel (the one top left of the middle base) and when I walked forward - bumped into this invisible wall which was never there before.
I'll see if I it disappears if I walk up to the tunnel this time instead of unmounting from it and going into it straight from there.

I have 1,329 items unlocked in my wardrobe from 5 years of play, if I accidentally used it what would I even look for

If it gave you a gem store weapon then it would have unlocked the collection attached to owning the full set.
Supposing you don't purchase outfits, mail carriers, finishers or anything similar, it would only take a glance to find if it gave you one of those.
If it gave you a dye then its unlikely you'll find exactly which one.
Armor pieces would also be hard to find, if it gave you a piece of armor that belongs to a full gemstore set (like tricksters armor) then it'll unlock the whole set. This doesnt work the same on items like Scarlet's gloves/shoulders where the parts are sold separately.
If you do push a ticket through then it could save time saying the date your character hit 1825 days old.

To be honest the only character I've ever levelled to 80 through the story etc was my original Ranger. The rest of my characters have all used level 20/30 instant boosts and Tomes to get to 80 because I really couldn't be bothered levelling up. There was just no incentive.
I've got 7 characters, but I only ever play my Norn Rev and I'm struggling to even play through the Expansion stories on alt characters (finished both HoT and PoF on 2 different chars).
I went with a Sylvari (first Sylvari character in fact!) Thief lately and can barely scrape through the personal story as it is. Map completion is a bore, so I just use the Griffon to fly around the border unlocking as much as I can before going to another map and repeating.
In saying that though - Daredevil is so much fun to play. I love my Rev, but the mobility of the Daredevil with a staff (and burst damage) is just night and day.
