Been playing a buncha GW1 again recently, and was thinking about trying to get back into 2. How active is the guild these days?

Had to afk for the bit and last half of an unranked spvp match. Come back to see me on a victor's podium and a chat message in the bottom from a teammate saying I "was as worthless piece of shit." Look at the score and I'm still third on the ranks, above that guy and I'm like "bitch, I did more than you in half the time." I did kind of deserve it though for afking partway through without telling anyone though.

Free black lion key + chest in the promotions tab of store today They added a guaranteed item to each chest which can be redeemed for some pretty decent things, catch is you'll need to get 30+ for some alright things and 150 for the good stuff. Small chance of getting 3 in a chest and tiny chance of getting 25.

It's nice that this new item from the chests you can buy coins that are 1g each so you can just cash out instead of waiting and gambling again to get more.

So, if anyone is doing PvP at the moment, how that going for them? I'm not entirely sure why they want to do balance mid-season. I guess to mix things up?

Haven't played gw2 actively since around early march of last year. I beat the main quest thingy and then bought heart of thorns soon after,I stopped at random because I lost interest in mmo's Should I go back is there anything major in the new expansion that's going to make me shit bricks when I see it?

I'm super glad alacrity is [i]finally[/i] a boon. The hard chrono meta won't be going anywhere, however, since revenant will now have to take boon-duration gear to provide alacrity meaning firebrand+renegade comps are now worse. I'm hoping they spread out alacrity a little better, in future.

They're also working on [URL="https://en-forum.guildwars2.com/discussion/26547/world-restructuring/p1"]World Restructuring[/URL] for WvW, amongst other things. They've been busy, it seems.

Man, this balance patch is kind of insane for mesmers. I like it. Also, they actually called an engineer trait "Purity of Purpose" lmao.
