I've never run into an issue with fuel or really ammo, just do the favours for the strongholds and every time you go there they will fully restock you on everything
on foot fights are easy enough (especially if you have an history with the Arkham series)
There's a critical difference in Mad Max, and that's if you begin a move then you'd best be committed to it, as there's no cancelling or countering (I think) I got clocked trying to grapple someone, pretty sure there's no iframes
I pose a question if I may? In regards to G2A if anyone has bought from them for a Mad Max Key. It's asking for my VAT country. What's stopping people choosing a country with a lower tax rate to get a cheaper key?
I like how if you do it enough times, Chumbucket comments about you getting in the car on the wrong side. I find it hard to remember to get in on the right.

GMG also just sent me an email with a pre order code like several others have experienced, so I'm totally fine with it :v:v

Hey, if you jump from a relatively great height Max will lump for a bit afterwards, since his knee is busted Nice attention to detail
Is it me? Or do some of the skulls drawn around look alot like the Fiend Skull from the band Misfits?
Yeah I bought Mad Max on GMG for 40% off after it came out and they still gave me a pre-order code for the Ripper the next day. GMG is awesome.

I've been avoiding these on purpose because they are goddamn awful, how do I skip this
Chumbucket has a REALLY personal relationship with the Magnum Opus.
Hey, if you jump from a relatively great height Max will lump for a bit afterwards, since his knee is busted Nice attention to detail
Things like blood and black eyes from fighting will also stay on him. Near as I can tell, they stay for the entire session. [editline]4th September 2015[/editline]
Chumbucket has a REALLY personal relationship with the Magnum Opus.
He slept with the jagtip. For safekeeping, of course.
anyone else find that shipwreck with the [sp]skeletons holding each other?[/sp] i haven't been going out of my way to loot every single location but i just stumbled on it by chance. things like that make this game pretty damn cool
:snip:
So to get car bodies you need to retrieve them in each area. How do I find where to get them, or is it part of the story I have to wait to get? Such as finding the furnace in fuel veins region?

I cant wait for this game to come out
I cant wait for this game to come out
You're in for a pleasant surprise then.
Chumbucket has a REALLY personal relationship with the Magnum Opus.
It's a very straight example of autoeroticism
You're in for a pleasant surprise then.
Shh, nobody tell him.
I have to say that one thing I love is how Max comments on things. Like the bits of commentary and history he provides with historical relics, or some things just out in the world. Like the couple holding each in the boat, he makes a remark about "At least they died in each others arms." Or while driving around near Balefire I found a tower of old plane parts with the fuselage suspended in the middle. As I drove by Max goes "This place is weird."
Shh, nobody tell him.
Tell him what. :science101:
Bah, none of the places I have found so far provide the car bodies. Looks like I have to find more places to get the salvage crew upgrade.
So many good shots from todays session. Would anyone be interested in an 1080p60 stream of this game? I'm a couple hours in. [editline]5th September 2015[/editline] I can do 6000kbps pretty flawlessly.
I'm pretty sure Avalanche used a modified Sniper sound from JC2, I've been wondering why that loud reverb shot sounds so familiar.
Just putting my stream out there. I won't talk much and do side objectives and stuff. Good if you want a good feel for the game. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dkcmdJnQwmI
The game gets increasingly disturbing as you explore more and more areas All of a sudden every human settlement is filled by either Auschwitz-esque piles of corpses or horribly dismembered people, and most of the history relics are about cannibalism, with the authors' comments ranging from disgusted to absolutely ecstatic
For anyone wondering if you can run this game, I'm able to get a steady 30fps (only dips in random places, but it just feels like slow motion in this game) with this exact laptop on low settings. It still looks relatively fine to me. (i5-4210U 2.2GHz, 6GB DDR3 ram, Intel HD Graphics (5500 or something))
