I honestly just played it in virtually a marathon, didn't really have a problem with needing it in short bursts or anything.
I honestly just played it in virtually a marathon, didn't really have a problem with needing it in short bursts or anything.
idk the missions just felt like a serious grind, it never really picked up for me and i think i ended up stopping around the time of the V8. had more fun just going out and doing whatever [editline]d[/editline] the one mission i will say was cool was going to the [sp]airport[/sp]
I personally really enjoyed the game but I'm not someone who minds repetition that much. Smashing other cars up and seeing those awesome explosions just doesn't get old to me. I also didn't really feel like a force of nature in melee combat, in fact I died way more than in any other game with this combat style.
I never finished the game's main story, but I did get 30 hours out of it. The vehicle combat was really satisfying, and the melee combat was simple and generic, but still did it's job well enough. I was able to look past most of the repetitiveness, but once I started fighting the same boss over and over at each stronghold, I lost a bit of interest. I'm not sure if the developers were just lazy in that department, or ran out of time/money to properly make each boss unique. But holy shit, this game has one of the more gorgeous worlds I've played in. Also, listen to this and go drive around the wasteland.
Yeah, honestly this game probably has the most photorealistic landscapes I've seen yet in a game. As in, it doesn't look "gamey". It's extremely gorgeous from long distance.
I love the casual semi-begging-for-mercy small talk the war criers make when you kill everybody. [editline]14th January 2016[/editline] [t]http://i.imgur.com/lkDZY4W.jpg[/t]
Oh, I never realized. I always took those fuckers down first.
I never have shotgun ammo and it took me a while to realize i could break the pulley thing to kill him.
Oh, I never realized. I always took those fuckers down first.
Yeah, if they survive, they actually strike up some great lines. Asking like if you need a good war crier and acting like they were really on your side. They're actually some of the funniest things in the game.
Damn, if only I knew. Next time I'll start the game I'll give it a go.
let it be known the underground church is making me fucking shit myself the dunes are by far my favorite part of the game
