So @Garry/team, what's your philosophy on writing tests on a project like this? I'm a programmer by trade, but have never done anything in the realm of games. I've always been curious of what level of attention that kind of thing gets in this world.
Is this still limited to internal development or is there an alpha or something available?

I legit can't wait to start modding for this. 200% hype.
so far (and i dont think you guys said it's necessarily meant to be this but) this looks like a much much much prettier source/gmod so far and it looks fucking great.

If the physics are as good as shown in the final product, I think I'm gonna try helping whoever wants to recreate the space-travel gamemode. What made it finicky in Gmod was just source's way of handling physics, even when welding things together to make a ship it'd still wobble and sometimes break. With what has been shown I can imagine some really impressive ships being made and I'd love to push it further than what the Gmod equivalent currently has with map design and custom ship parts. Cuz one of the main things I loved on that gamemode was exploration and sometimes the RP aspect, and I really wanna expand on it in S&Box.

For those that don't quite understand the last two screenshots there. Layla is importing GTA5's map into sandbox. I can already smell the cheeky darkrp servers running gta maps lmao.

Obviously this addon isn't going to ship but I can make a lib on the side and it's up to people how they use it..
