[t]https://i.imgur.com/b6seOq4.png[/t] New values of a Dragon's Breath Brothers Grimm when modded for max concealment, compared against a similar IZHMA with no skills and Crew Chief. Might replace my IZHMA, will have to test and see.
nice, another character to see a ton for a week, and then never again don't worry buddy sangres, scarface, and rust will keep you company
i think you have scarface confused with dragan
*I* play dragan.
duke's voice is pretty good from what I heard so far imo
So not even a video of Joakim talking about the new deck? :(

Why would he be black when his design was albino [editline]25th October 2017[/editline] If I thought walking dead would be out before payday 2 dies I'd hope for a michonne type crossover character but I doubt it [editline]25th October 2017[/editline] Or much preferably Pierce from SR but I think that ships sailed with what they've done with him. Maybe an inspired by one with the same VA
ahh man a Saints Row crossover would have been delightful back in the day
Duke is fucking smooth.
Dunno about you guys but I love this guy already "Kneel before Duke!"
If Diamond Heist does not get a trailer then #@$@#$%#$^%$^$%&%
I came to a conclusion with the DB Brothers Grimm while trying it as a replacement for my DB IZHMA. Normally with akimbo, for a rough indicator of performance you can double the damage and halve the magazine, total ammo, and ammo pickup rate. It's not always going to be that perfect because you'll miss shots, but that's a good ballpark for best-case scenario. So when you have Akimbo Bernettis, you can treat that as 80 damage per trigger pull, plus all the headshot bonuses, with half of most everything else. Problem is, Dragon's Breath rounds don't headshot. So the damage of the actual round itself can be considered negligible, all the benefit comes from the DOT. The effects also don't stack, so once someone is on fire, they're on fire. This means that if you hit the same enemy twice with one trigger pull, that second shot can be considered wasted. While it's possible to ignite different enemies with one trigger pull if you sweep your crosshair while firing, this isn't the most reliable thing in the world. For our purposes, you can assume that damage on an akimbo DB shotgun remains the same (it's negligible really), but total ammo, ammo pickup rate, and magazine are halved as before. Let's run the numbers: IZHMA: 7 magazine, 63 total ammo, 16 accuracy, 26 conealment, 4.73-7.09 ammo per drop. Adjusted Brother's Grimm: 8 magazine, 43 total ammo, 4 accuracy, 25 concealment, 3.24-4.86 ammo per drop. It seems that, at least for Dragon's Breath use, the Brothers Grimm unfortunately loses to the Izhma in most aspects, while winning in magazine and accuracy.

Tony’s one of my regulars.
ya know, i wonder which heister will return (beyond just the five main robbers) in Payday 3. I know the licensed crossover characters (and Ron Perlman) won't possibly return, but for everyone else? Maybe Sydney since she's a fan favorite and the target of many anime kawaii fanart.
I'm willing to bet Jacket's coming back too since he's such a fan favorite.
New perk deck sounds very interesting. Frankly I still think health regeneration (Biker, Grinder) still wins out over reduction (Kingpin, etc).
I really like Duke's voice, it's a shame his mask is so boring.
the target of many anime kawaii fanart.
the kawaii heister will become canon in PD3

Duke makes it as official as it can be- the secret is inbound.
I dont actually mind Duke. He's not just a nation as a stereotype and I like that he's not a generic posh type. I think visually his design isn't great, but as a whole compared to recent additions like Rust or Sangres I don't mind him.
So, I've been messing with this build for a few months now, and with the new magazine for the IZHMA and the Grimm, I made some tweaks to it. I think I'm close to perfecting it, and it's potentially one of the most powerful builds in the game. http://pd2tools.com/l/82b87d71b6f3599cc6c9d4910d0c90fe (Only thing not reflected is the use of the Big Brother Magazine on the primary, which brings its concealment down to 24 and my detection risk up to 4.) This is a 1D-focused build. Basic idea has always been to maximize survivability with an Anarchist Dodge setup. Early versions had me put points into shotgun skills almost exclusively, and I would take an 000 Raven and an HE Judge. When I realized how powerful DB rounds were (especially when coupled with Anarchist's regeneration on damage and the crit-boosted fire damage over time), I began experimenting with those instead, meaning I could drop most of the shotgun skills and spend them elsewhere, as well as take a simple high-power pistol to deal with ranged enemies. With the new magazine for the IZHMA, it also becomes much more reasonable to drop Close By aced. Early versions also had me taking Iron Man basic, but I realized that, while having as much armor as an ICTV while wearing nothing but a suit is fun, the real power of this build is the armor-gating potential and you spend most of your time with minimal amounts of armor on 1D anyway. So I took those saved points and dumped them into (mostly) maxing out Jokers. My only niggle now is: Close By basic seems like a great choice, as being able to sprint out and fire to stun large crowds while leveraging the sprinting dodge bonus seems like it might be useful for desperate situations, but I'm unsure if those points could be spent better elsewhere. Shockproof basic is a huge deal, but I figure in most situations I'll either be killed instantly or I can tag them with my shotgun anyway to escape. Those points could also be used on other utility options, like Hardware Expert basic (always handy), or Up You Go (great for getting out of sticky situations.) What would you guys tweak? I think I'm closing in now. (Also if you don't play higher difficulties, this build turns you into a god on Overkill and below. The burning lowers incoming damage and increases armor regeneration so much that you can stand out of cover in the middle of an assault pretty much indefinitely, as long as Snipers don't show up.)
Duke makes it as official as it can be- the secret is inbound.
Huh? Why?
Huh? Why?
I would guess is that a lot of Duke's themes and descriptions point towards him being a sorta 'mystery-solver' who likes to investigate - his mask, especially, mentions a mystery 'just around the corner'.
I wonder if they're gonna update the FBI files after the event's ended. It'd be nice to read what the police know about Duke, and Garrett's comments about how Alaskan Deal went.
I could see John Wick sticking around in Payday 3, since Overkill/Starbreeze keeps making John Wick things like the second pack and the VR game. Along with it being tied in with the movies with the continental coin system. Seems like a crossover that'll stick.
original 4 are totally safe Sydney for sure, her VA works with OVK a lot Clover I think? They market her pretty hard Jiro and Dragan I could see, Dragan's been in some of the promos, and jiro got a whole event Wick to keep promoting John Wick 3 maybe Sokol and Jacket, Sokol was pretty popular when he came out but no one really pays him any mind these days, Jacket is probably one of the most popular heisters Bonnie, Houston, Jimmy, Bodhi, Scarface, Rust, Sangres, Ethan, Hila, Duke, I don't see any chance of coming back
Bodhi probably has a 0% chance of returning after the movie tanked
