Sacrifice had bill lines
Because Valve managed to get ahold Jim French, yes. The Sacrifice was his true parting with Valve.
Honestly they could recycle Bill's lines from Payday: The Heist. All they need to do is write other characters (mainly non-original heisters) lines.
…And if Bill doesn't return for Payday 2's No Mercy? That is the question, whether Overkill decides his cameo will be replaced by something related to their The Walking Dead game or not. Even then, all the voice actors (especially Joy's) have to return to record voicelines related to No Mercy, while all characters released before each other get their yet missing heister calls. [SP]Houston: It's always a hospital the outbreak starts in, I'm creeped out. Clover: Yes Houston but please, we need to focus on the job and find t- Random person: Hold the door please! Locke: Alright dear friends, you need to search for our patient in the database. You can do this job either quietly or violently depending on how much action you want, if you're sneaking you're gonna need to take down the camera operator 'fore you do anything else, yeah?[/SP] [SP][Play doctor] Locke: Get those bloody scrubs on so you don't scare the other doctors in the building. They'll be scared of someone just rushin' in with their weapon around for sure![/SP]
It's pretty creepy to own a bodypillow of one of your colleagues though.
It's pretty weird to own a bodypillow in general.
I still just want Nick to come with No Mercy as a heister
Bodypillows aren't sex dolls, if that's what you're pointing at.
Found the bodypillow owner
It's pretty weird to own a bodypillow in general.
Only if you have an anime picture on it.
It's pretty weird to own a bodypillow in general.
don't let society's laws prevent you from ascension
I'm sad that Bill's voice actor died recently. Jim French was great at voicing old, badass men.
haven't played Payday in a couple months and then I log in and the game gives me 200 continental coins outta fuckin' nowhere won't look that gift horse in the mouth
I still just want Nick to come with No Mercy as a heister
Nick still would be the best choice if Valve would allow a crossover character with Payday considering he'd be easy to write into the gang He'd need new lines though and it's been quite a long time since Dillon had voiced him Heck pretty sure the RE6 crossover just reused L4D2 lines
Because Valve managed to get ahold Jim French, yes. The Sacrifice was his true parting with Valve.
Eh, not quite. The Sacrifice was added to L4D2 in 2010 - Jim French then voiced Elder Titan, a hero in Dota 2, who was added in 2013.
It's pretty weird to own a bodypillow in general.
To note: there’s a difference between the anime-esque sexualized body-pillows and blank ones. The latter serve an actual therapeutic purpose, and can for instance help with back pain.

So, this is kind of sentimental and awesome, I'm sitting here collecting all the old resources from harddrives and servers and I actually found the original project for the Clover teaser from way back - and it works like a damn charm (as fuck-ugly as it is :v:) [t]https://i.imgur.com/eDII3nA.jpg[/t][t]https://i.imgur.com/INOSRFJ.png[/t] [editline]edit[/editline] I found this in a file called "walktest.fbx" in my personal archive folder I do not know why this exists [vid]https://my.mixtape.moe/syhmgy.mp4[/vid]
Honestly thought the walk animation model was Riddick
Eh, not quite. The Sacrifice was added to L4D2 in 2010 - Jim French then voiced Elder Titan, a hero in Dota 2, who was added in 2013.
Didn't he voice Bill in that Dead by Daylight DLC?
Didn't he voice Bill in that Dead by Daylight DLC?
Nope, he was voiced by someone named "Ricardo Gomez", which is unfortunate because he doesn't sound anything like Bill and it's very noticeable. :v:
Nope, he was voiced by someone named "Ricardo Gomez", which is unfortunate because he doesn't sound anything like Bill and it's very noticeable. :v:
uh, is it? characters in dead by daylight literally don't speak and only exert noises of pain -- the bill ones sound perfectly fine, they sound close enough to the lower toned hurt noises he makes.
uh, is it? characters in dead by daylight literally don't speak and only exert noises of pain -- the bill ones sound perfectly fine, they sound close enough to the lower toned hurt noises he makes.
They do only make those kind of noises, but even those noises and especially screaming are very obviously not Jim French, i play Bill a lot in Dead By Daylight and it really doesn't sound like L4D's Bill at all.
when you manage to cuff all three heisters before the alarm goes off
You don't need to thank me. Those naïve players thinking you could just walk right into a cop to try attacking him, and they paid dearly for it. Here's a secret of mine; I make fun of players who get downed in Shadow Raid's sewers and the newbies who trip the GO Bank lasers.
You don't need to thank me. Those players were fucking naive thinking you could just walk right into a cop to try attacking him, and they paid dearly for it. Fucking noobs, no wonder those kinds of people are made fun of, I even make fun of players who get downed in Shadow Dale's sewers and the ones who trip the GO Bank lasers.
Did a new player sleep with your wife or something? You're being kind of harsh, dude.
Did a new player sleep with your wife or something? You're being kind of harsh, dude.
I just find it enjoyable to mercilessly pick on them.
I just find it enjoyable to mercilessly pick on them.
And you're exactly the type of person that keeps newer players from being able to actually get into the game, which (while PD2 surely isn't one currently) can be a death sentence for smaller, less popular games.

Actually, I think I remember you were
I just find it enjoyable to mercilessly pick on them.
This is why I haven't tried a public lobby since I started playing this game a few weeks ago.
This is why I haven't tried a public lobby since I started playing this game a few weeks ago.
Try the facepunch pd2 discord.
I just find it enjoyable to mercilessly pick on them.
Have you considered not being an awful human being? I understand it's what you're used to having happen to you, but that doesn't mean it's okay to do that to others.
Is it possible for OVK to make something like framing frame today? I'm finishing up The Elephant heists on OD, and it feels as if newer stealth heists don't even come close in terms of difficulty. I don't want to call his levels hard, but I feel much tenser when playing them [sp]RIP Pro job Gold Vault[/sp] , even if I know what I'm doing.
Framing Frame is not hard, It's hair pulling frustration.
Framing Frame really isn't an issue like it used to be, especially with all the new features they added. Preplanning lets you put spy cams in large areas. Jack of all Trades lets you put motion detectors on all of the stairs and track movement between floors. Between those two, it's pretty difficult to not know where everyone is at a given moment, and it's honestly kinda easy these days.
