Probably because people found him very popular with his antics and being a Murkywater mercenary, though the same could've been applied to the Butcher for being a Croatian weapons dealer with a facade..

the cluster of teaser achievements was removed from the schema this update, too. in case you haven't realized, the past few sets haven't obeyed the standard rules that used to happen with achievement-update correlation. used to be pretty standard that an update would follow the next week after the achievements were added -- no longer the case. update yer rulebooks for the late game cycle for OVK development, considering we have no real idea what this current team is capable of outside of the DS changes and two relatively small heists
