The episodes seem to reference real heists but episode 8 doesn't fit anything that comes to mind. Yacht Heist? New heist? Spring break? "Gage sends the gang on a mission to retrieve the blueprints of some futuristic Mech technology from a high profile conference on Robotics. These blueprints will allow Gage to finally get back in action, but the gang has to absolutely stealth this one. Their disguise works wonders, until....who is that on the dance floor?!"

Harry's animation process is rather detailed and complex. He prefers animating the old fashioned way I believe.

To be fair: While it's clear that Harry Partridge puts a lot of effort into his work, one has to make compromises in order to meet deadlines. You can't always give 110%, even if that's what we all wished.

Do you have even the slightest idea of how intensive frame-by-frame animation can be? Despite the typical ideal of it being just one artist scribbling away, almost every traditionally-animated film, even short films or snippets (like Pink Floyd's concert films, which only ran about 50-100 seconds apiece) takes tens, if not a hundred plus animators to produce. Stuff like the Batman Animated Series and Disney's Hercules took hundreds of people, thousands of man-hours, and an unbelievable amount of work to get through. You can try and play this off by saying that this was because they were drawing manually but even digital animation is incredibly timeconsuming because you have to draw hundreds of images in sequence.
