Fuck me, I did the 'Stalker' achievement solo through painstaking attempts for at least 30 minutes before I realised straight after I could have used trip mines to keep marking Garrett, instead of running back and forth between the security boxes and his office
I did the Stalker achievement by marking him once after he left the office and I have no idea if it's pure dumb luck of him being in range of Sixth Sense that whole time I was bumblefucking around in his office or the achievement was bugged.

So I checked out this industrial area outside of the city, you know. I
just wanted to give some warming about it. There’s these warehouses out
there and the company owning them talks about that they use them for
“goods”, but if you’re not an idiot you’ll figure out that some kind of
radioactive stuff is in there.
The security is way tighter than needed for some “goods”, and it
seems like the majority off all transport coming and goes at night. So
like if you don’t want to experience Chernobyl up-close: STAY AWAY!!
This lead is cold liek a day old pizza I follow some other leads I

It’s the holidays. Christmas is coming up, and my kid wants one of those fancy VR headsets. I don’t want to disappoint the little guy, but it’s getting hard with the clowns hitting us everywhere we look.
I showed up on the scene just as they left, and y’know what I found? A bloodbath. These clowns are turning Brooklyn into a god damn warzone. Lieutenant Daniels, the one we play poker with on Tuesday nights? I found him face first in the snow, soaked in a pool of his own blood. I turned him over and his face was stuck, like he was still screaming. That ain’t the kind of thing you ever forget. I’m gonna see his face every night for the rest of my life.
What are the Feds paying Garrett for? I thought he was supposed to clean up those clowns. Instead he brings in his personal GI Joe Winters, who doesn’t even get the job done. Remember a year back when the clowns shot up the town escorting one of their friends out? I saw the Captain himself when I pulled in. Guy stood around, shouted orders, took some hits to his shield, and he skipped. This is what they’re cutting our budgets for?
Anyway, the clowns hit the Brooklyn branch hard. “Property damage” would be putting it lightly. Weird part, though? They hardly hit the cash reserves. Bank robbers hitting a bank, but not touching the dough? Something’s not right. We found a part of the vault’s flooring that they blew up. The clowns took something from there. And what’s even weirder? I tried looking into it, but I keep getting the cold shoulder whenever I try to ask questions.
We don’t get paid enough for this. You want a better report? Try going to the Commissioner yourself. But you’re gonna get the same bullcrap that he gave me.

Guys... I think we just set Garrett on a path that ends with his death. Whatever deal he was trying to strike up with the Kataru did not go through - and they're not happy.

I almost beat Breaking Feds just now. Let me explain my thought process.
"Well, All I need to do is get to the escape zone at the elevator after I got the box in Garret's office, so I should get there."
"Hmm, there's two guards approaching and I'm only 10 meters away from the escape zone. I'll just kill one, leave the body, and book it to escape. I have about 20 seconds between pager and alert timeout so I'll be totally fine."
"Oh, I'm in the elevator now. That wasn't the escape. the elevator is a forced timer. I just beat the heist but I just lost 30 minutes of my time anyway because they made me believe the elevator was the escape. Thanks, lads."
I'm seriously getting annoyed at this heist now.
