Removing reinforce groups makes sense at first glance, "why do we have groups of enemies doing nothing", but without them it's just a giant swarm of enemies. But, didn't only the first heists even have them?
A bunch of others do, too, big bank, undercover, and panic room for instance, off the top of my head
When did Jules become their only design person? Surely the mappers object to his messing up their map design by removing the reinforce group points they placed?
what's the behavior for cloakers kicking someone on the ground? do they stop when attacked?
i'm asking because i'm adding "kill a cloaker with melee without melee skills" as a self-imposed challenge way to arbitrarily get me to keep playing this game

Can't wait to see the new animator's version of a P90 reload. Also was doing Alesso on normal for Sound of SIlence, would have gotten it if the vent didn't open in the kiosk to the left of the starting area.
I really hope they've just got all the good animators working on OTWD and Payday 3. Payday 2's weapon animations were always nice looking, and it'll really hurt these future games if this is the kind of quality we'll be getting.

And the best part?
The tank is a waste of potential!
Does it shoot Nazis? no
Does it blow up another tank? no
Does it have to be escorted? no
Do you have to protect it while it pulls the door off? no
can you even interact with it? you take the cables of it that's it.
It might as well of been an armoured tractor.
Gotta love the quirks of Diesel first person animations. The bolt motion is built into the model itself, which is why it's possible for it to desync.
Granted, that doesn't excuse the rest of the errors.
Don't forget about the Family Business shotgun's pumping animation; the entire gun is moved backwards instead of just the foregrip.

When I left there was one consistent animator (the new guy) and a lead animator hopping between OTWD and Payday. So yeah.

What other perk decks are great other than anarchist. Like with my loud anarchist armor build, i can stay in frenzy/berserk for days while never really having my armor drop on mayhem and below.

Waste of 30 points for 5%, 5.05% and so on. It should at least work as advertised.
Had a pretty amazing moment trying to do Sewer Rats, Break the Rules was playing and the lyrics hit when in the sewers moving the bags. Finished with 20 seconds left.
Also Fully Loaded aced still isn't very good even when fixed, why spend those points on more throwables if you can just bring a grenade launcher.
I have to wonder how No Mercy will work in PD2. It felt crowded enough in PDTH when the spawn cap was, what, 30 or something? How they're going to cram over 100 units into those tight corridors is beyond me.
