Listening to Stitches while playing. Soldier gets the nickname "Stitch".... This can hardly be a coincidence. Someone needs to make grills as a lower face accessory so I can do some proper dopedealing while whacking xenos.
I don't know how to link twitch videos at a specific time, so I'll give a link. It begins at 1:17:24, that's when chat convinces him to do it. Enjoy your beautiful disaster :v:
One of the first things he says is that women don't get the voice. That is true, and I wasn't sure if I should change it or not. :v: It's acually hilarious watching him use my voicepack, it's so cool

I don't think it'd be too out of place to use that.
Arrived today, finally [t]https://scontent-lhr3-1.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-xat1/v/t34.0-12/12516446_1169525876421178_498490788_n.jpg?oh=6531397b0f26f523c99cb28f6ab24a3d&oe=56F06887[/t] nice I wish I bought ADVENT shirt as well but I didn't have enough money for it and discount is over :(
If anyone still interested, I've released Wave 3 of my Jagged Alliance Voicepack mod. [t]http://4o3.nl/201603d639206c.png[/t] 👌 Quality modding I'm doing right here. (Also this is gonna be an actual perk in my mod.)
i see that as being good for like, panick dumping when there's a gatekeeper right in front of you
Alright, more than anything, now that almost all the quality-of-life bases are covered with mods... What we need now is a mod that introduces... Not a gameplay adjustment or new mission type. Skyscraper maps. More stuff like the Network Tower.

Useful for if you need something REALLY dead REALLY fast. I love it!
Is that text modded in?
Yea it's an Extra Dark Events mod. I would counter UFO Hunt or Armor, based on the current status of my troops. Viper rounds are basically a non-issue.
Video is up for my mod! I also included links to a couple of mods in the description.
Does anyone know why pressing capslock while returning to base makes it load almost instantly instead of after 2 minutes?
Does anyone know why pressing capslock while returning to base makes it load almost instantly instead of after 2 minutes?
IIRC it's a debug feature that forces all the loading to be performed on a single frame. It freezes the game and has a moderate chance of crashing it though, which is why it's not the standard.
Guardian on a heavy + Threat assessment is bonkers.
So you get an amount of shots at the target, as determined by the amount of ammo counters used? Useful for if you need something REALLY dead REALLY fast. I love it!
And you just happen to sit right on that something's face because aim penalty.
And you just happen to sit right on that something's face because aim penalty.
The idea isn't to nail every single shot, it's to land several shots on a single target in rapid succession. I mean it's definitely doable to land every single shot, but you'd have to be in an intimate relationship with RNGesus for that one.
And you just happen to sit right on that something's face because aim penalty.
I think it is more for something like a Sectopod or a Muton Berserker pack or similar, like something needs to die right now. And you take the gamble of say 3 40% shots as opposed to say one 90% shot cause you need that raw damage output to wittle it down and kill it so you take the risk.
What's the best way to get Psionics as soon as possible? I realised that in my campaign I've been holding off some rookies to get them as Psi soldiers and yet I'll only be able to build it in a couple of days and my entire squad is in tier 2 armour and weaponry. How possible is it to get it earlier than that?

I did this and got Psionics within a month, and mag weapons 44 days in. I never reached plated armour because I got fucked, though!
Is there any way to preview an already existing XCOM 2 Voice Soundbank? I keep finding the EU soundbanks in the content browser, but I can't find the X2 ones. All it leads me to is the .bnk file that's in the SDK.

I always get Psi Ops after I have both mag weapons and plate, and the research time is down to about 10 days.
You can make it pretty far with early psionics while getting all those facilities before getting better weapons, but depending how fast you are you can quickly find yourself needing to use some of that nice intel in the black market to rush mag weapons or plate armour or both if you manage to have enough intel to do that (which I didn't, hence why I got fucked)

Finally finished my first campaign on commander, got a bit too easy near the end (except for the last mission) because I ended up having maxed out all research, facilities, and fully trained 2 Psi Ops. What should I do next, should I try to spice up the next campaign a bit with some mods? (The ADVENT reinforcements and Muton Centurion mods seem pretty cool) Or directly try out Legendary?
