Seeing as a few of you lot here make models i have an idea, or suggestion. A mask that simply hides the soldiers neck / lower face when wearing a helmet. Also, someone needs to port Adam Jensen's augs at some point

I didn't realize this game had it until someone mentioned it, and after I looked at the Internet Movie Firearms Database. Still ironing out the details, then I'm gonna add several attachments. I tried out the longwar laser mod. While the models are nice, the sounds are just awful. They're bad enough that I got rid of the mod. I wish I knew how to change weapon sounds for existing mods, that way I could put in something less terrible.

They're just SoundCues, so it's a matter of getting the wav, importing them into Unreal, and replacing the sound with your own. However, loading it before the Laser mod is another matter.
Well first 'casualty' of my ironman legend campaign, it was just one of those missions where it started off fucked and got progressively worse each turn there after. One of those missions where you just knew it was going to claim someones life. It's a VIP escort mission, on my first move getting off the roof my stealth ranger is revealed, no more forward look out and straight into contact, Fucking Codex and 2 stunlancers. it's behind us so we have to take cover facing them and that means we have to pray that nothing is 'infront' of us, we manage to deal with the pod but we take damage, lose our free reloads and a couple of grenades. Took 2 turns and aside from getting off the roof we'e made all of 5 tiles progress to the evac which is on the otherside of the map. First move with my concealed ranger reveals a 4 man pod, 1 advanced mec and 3 advanced troopers. All standing next to a car so i take the oportunity to fuck them up, Sadly this is where it became one of [I]those[/I] missions, 3 80% shots on the mec missed in a single turn, my new captain ranger missed the first of many 90%'s. Next turn 2 pods walk in on the party, sheildbearer stunlancer and an archon along with a muton and an archon on the flank. At this point we have 8 enemies on the map and not enough damge to deal with them all, so i have to prioritise the heavy hitters leaving the little guys to roam free, for the next 4 or so turns are rough, my team consistantly miss every single 80%+ shot on the archons floating a tile away. We get fucking ruined but everyone is still standing, and were 1 movment turn away from the evac zone, when yet another mec pod activates, under the damn evac zone, long story short, in dealing with said pod a car explodes destroying the roof the evac zone was on, so it moves, to the otehr side of the map through the god damn enemies. Thanks Bradford you sadist. Got 5 turns left, 7 enemies on the board, no explosives left, we're all wounded, and these pissing archons just flat out refuse to take any damage let alone die, every peice of damage they take is a graze, 90% of shots on them miss it was a fucking joke. The only bonus is they are both burning to death, we manage to kill everything but these 2 archons on 5 hp and 2 hp respectively only we're now a man down, the sniper is bleed out, not that it matters because we're 3 turns from failiure anyway. My guys have to get as much movment as possible from their blue move so they can make it to the evac, while also being able to shoot back, at the same time the weapons left are all close range so i have to stay close to maintain accuracy, this also means our balls are flapping in the wind because we cannot afford to take any cover at the risk of us falling short. We kill one but the other runs every single overwatch and takes nothing, deals more hurt. 2 Turns left, everyone is 2 move's away from the evac zone, but this archon WILL kill one of the guys remaining if it's not dealt with, up to the plate steps Captain Williams, a grenadier and the only unit left with ammo left, all one block of it. I blue move to the evac as far as i can go putting him in range of evac and with just a 53% shot to kill the reamining archon i close my eyes. The fucking hero pulls it off, it's a graze but it'll do the job, the AO is clear of enemies. I evac the team leaving me a full turn to get Williams out. I eventually went to a geoscape save from before that mission and haven't had a problem. I'm using Stop Wasting My Time and all the LWS mods.
