When War of the Chosen launches, I want to see a mod for Chrysalids to replace The Lost.

In EU/EW the green gas turns into that stringy shit that you see bodies trapped up in. It's basically an alien net, it catches people and they come collect them. It seems to have been retconned / repurposed into turning people feral to keep people out of non-sanctioned cities.

Maybe I'll just wait for a sale and get it for 10 dollars again like I did the first 3 DLC's.

From what I can read on the store page the DLC does not add enough to the game for that price tag. Unless they add a ton of pre-made story missions like the one in Shens last gift. If they manage to make the story a bit more engaging with some actual, you know story, then I personally don't mind the price. Never will know until It's been played though.

I usually check those out to see what people generally think of the length and content of DLCs.

So the one thing I was confuse about WOTC's Hero class is if we only get 1 hero class per faction in the campaign or can we get a couple. I'm also wondering about how much limitation we can craft the hero classes as well.

How it works is you get some form of currency for preforming tactical maneuvers such as flanking. You can then spend their currency to upgrade your existing special soldiers or recruit new ones. The new special troops don't level up through experience like your men, you need to spend these points as well to keep improving your special troops. It seems to be how much risk are you willing to put in. You could spend all your points into a single badass super soldier, but if he gets offed thats your investment down the toilet.

Speaking of flanking, I realized why I didn't enjoy XCOM 2's gameplay as much. When I played EW I played with Aiming Angles and Absolutely Critical enabled so I could play aggressive as fuck, and that wasn't working in XCOM 2 because I didn't have those options. I've got those via mods now, so my next playthrough should be a lot of fun. Whenever I feel like sorting out all of my mods, anyway :v:

I waited for 6 months to get Xcom2 for half the price, Was planning on doing the same with WOTC and damn well wil cause I aint spending £35 on it. Hell I still havent actully bought any of the other DLCs yet either. That all being said i havent got a GFX card right now so i'm not buying it at all. Obligatory "fuck Crypto Currencies".

All these youtube/twitch people get tons of hands on time, but no beaglerush? I know he's not the biggest fan of X2 anymore, but some of the changes (fatigue, character bonds, etc) seem right up his alley. He was even partnered with firaxis at one point. What happened?

What happened?[/QUOTE] If memory serves me right, Beagle does like Xcom 2. Not nessescarilly the base game because he's no fan of concealment and timers, but because of the plethora of mods it has. It's LW2 he really does not like.
