It's about the same level as someone who has blood, gore, or scat as a fetish. It's disturbing, but in the end, what they're doing is not harming anyone as long as they aren't going out of their way to cut someone. A lot of people in the Facepunch crowd had previously purchased Utilizator products as well while being aware of this issue too.

So, after a bunch of my discord friends mentioning Second Life, over and over - I kinda got interested again. I probably won't be playing it that much, unless a friend of mine wants to explore and stuff. The Facepunch Clubhouse is really empty at days it seems. I haven't been able to focus time on sl lately due to college n stuff so i haven't been hanging out at the clubhouse, sorry.

I've been on but not at the FP clubhouse but yeah its pretty much dead also someone deleted the floor outside and now its glass instead of a door (where the shops are)

Wee Second Life! Once you enter it, you can't ever leave! I tried twice. [Incoming shameless plug] I'm currently in the process of creating a combat system in SL called ZCS (Zani's Combat System, yeah, I'm pretty terrible at naming stuff). It's more or less a successor to my older system, NSDS (again, I suck at naming, I'm sure you can guess this one). It has Health, Shields, and Armor. Armor acts fairly similar to Quake and Doom armor. You can also be gibbed, so that's fun too. The main idea behind this one is that it is almost completely modular. Stats are changeable, hookable events, almost all bits of info can be obtained using API commands. It has support for HUDs. So far it's free since it's in Beta, and I'm not sure if I will even charge for it, though I do provide the full API. If something where to happen to me or I'm finally fed up with SL, I'll probably just release it open source anyways. Right now it has two addons: -Stat changer (change all stats and behaviors based on stat point system) -SCS Bridge (Allows ZCS to take Spyker Combat System damage) Also, made this: [t]http://i.imgur.com/sOFvt7w.jpg[/t] Raycast driven beam of doom that works with ZCS.

Scripted user interfaces could have eliminated so many pointless frustrations that were otherwise unnecessary.
