Daicon is looking to build a community, maybe you can find a way to intergrate there. make sure your good at rp tho cuz thats what they are looking for
theres also annie may haven, which is basically utilizator's main store area (kemono maker), theres usually alot of people there.
I've been chilling in Annie may haven which seems to be the busiest area to meet similar people.

also I'm pretty sure that second one is semen, I don't run a furry sim

given the light source is above the decal, that second one appears to be a chipped away layer of asphault with a puddle at the bottom, but no color of its own so it's just using the grey base of the texture it's on top of

Mostly right, the texture itself is a dirty brown color. I just matched it with a brownish asphalt texture to make it seem not so out of place in the example.

Okay, so simhop's gonna be on Saturday this week as well, though there might be some issues with timing. I have to go to a relative's place and have Easter dinner, but I'll probably be back by 4:00 PM PST. Maybe. Depends.
