So I'm playing ep 2 and they give you the option of sci films to pick as your favourite, which pushes me to rewatch "groundhog day". I've just realised a reference where you prove you can predict events in the diner, the same happens in the film :v:
I wish the game saved more often.
I'm on Episode 1, just left the building after the fire alarm. I went around and talked to nearly everyone, about 10-15 minutes of conversations. Had to go do something else and when I reloaded the game it loaded right as I left the school. So I have to do it all again.
I've finished episode 4 yesterday. [sp] God dammit! To be honest I thought episode would end when they found Rachell(or it wasn't she). Anyway, in the first episode I thought that janitor kipnapped Rachell just because he's wierd and he has her photos. Also, I still can't understand what about Mr.Jefferson and Principal Wells were talking in the end of the 2nd episode. I mean that scene where Mr.Jefferson is in his car and then he drives away after Wells told him something. It's strange I think. [/sp]
Just to really tug at everyones heartstrings, what if, following the events of Ep.4, [sp]Chloe somehow survives being shot, only to mirror the Alternate timeline and be paralyzed from the neck down?[/sp]

i finally got round to picking this up, im playing through ep1 atm and i think im enjoying it? theres some interseting shit going on, but the thing that brings me out of it the most is some of the dialogue, like the "my analog camera" line, and the "i should get some dollar vinyl" even tho she does not have a record player. Mostly its just little bits that are kinda cringy, or the phrasing seems off. I have no problem with the voice actors themselves though. can anyone whos got farther say if it gets better or worse or what? im not going to stop playing because of it, but itd be nice if i had some warning incase it gets worse or whatever
I don't think we're gonna use the photo Warren took, that's way too easy. I think [sp]Mr. Fuckerson[/sp] will destroy all your photos so you will have no way to go back. The only way for you to go back is to use the butterfly photo. And who has that photo? Chloe.

Why would [sp]Jefferson[/sp] destroy the photos? [sp]Unless he knows about her powers, he has no reason to destroys one's work. I can picture him being very protective of photographs and the destruction of such thing would go against his convictions. Like a maniac.
Pretty sure he'll take all the photos and start commenting on them (even the optional ones) while Max is drugged, starting to throw them around and the Warren/Max selfie will drop near Max or something of the sort.[/sp]
Also regarding the other power, [sp]I think Max can only go back in time through photos where she appears, hence why many of us are speculating that Warren's photo is a key item in the next episode.

I'm not sure if he will destroy them or lock them up or whatevs since we don't know anything about what [sp]Jeff[/sp] knows yet, so all this is just speculation. [sp]He may or may not know about her powers.[/sp] But I do know that Max [sp]escapes the bunker, with her bag, yet she still doesn't photowarp. Yeah, that's the torn one. I'm guessing it's going to play a big part too, since it's one of the ep5 thumbnails. Maybe if we photowarp back using the butterfly photo, we will get our class selfie picture back (That's if all your photos were destroyed or confiscated in the first place). We use that selfie to warp back to class, then from there, warp into that contest picture before it's torn.

By doing what you said we would be traveling through a photo within a photo. I don't know if that would be possible, though.

Yeah that's the gist of it. If she warps into butterfly photo, the laws of magic time travel powers should still work as normal. They functioned normally when she was in [sp]alt timeline.[/sp] So I guess her ability to warp into another photo would still work. But who knows. We'll hopefully find out more about her powers in ep5.

Anyway since I couldn't find a post of mine asking if I can enter a picture into the contest with an answer, I was wondering, can you enter a picture into the contest?
Colour me crazy, yet to finish episode 4 but.. I have a feeling that Max IS Rachel Amber, and that she's changed time so much (butterfly effect) that she's changed her own identity without her knowing. It's just a thought, because Rachel was effectively leading the life that Max would have with Chloe and that changing timelines would most likely leave "traces" of her actions. It's most likely a reason why Rachel always appears to be missing on each timeline. Yeah, Frank recalls memories with Rachel, but like I said with altering the timelines, traces of those changes are going to be left like false memories, etc like the part in episode 4 when there's a blue butterfly painting (compared to other reality of the photo taken of one).

I doubt it, it doesn't make sense in the context of what you can/cannot do. [sp]When you go back to save Warren, you're restricted to a couple rooms- everything else is a white void and you can't go outside. If you go back to the party I don't see how that'd effect much. Instead you took that selfie at the very start back in episode 1 with Jefferson in the room. I suspect that'll have more of a impact.[/sp]
