Wow it feels like we still have two episodes, not one, left.
True, but technically do if you got the Deluxe edition :D
yeah but the farewell episode is probably gonna be really short
Another great episode. I hope everything works out for my boy Skip in the end.
Is anyone actually giving Eliot the time of day? Warren grew on me because he and Max were both nerds, but this guy is just too lame.
Man they get really good at making you forget that [sp]Rachel is a manipulative piece of shit.[/sp]
Did anyone else feel like this episode was kind of... aesthetically unpolished? The animations felt clunky and awkward and there were a lot of random pauses and breaks in conversations.
I forgot to post it but I updated the no chromatic aberration, no depth of field and the intro skip files. I don't know if anyone here uses it but I'll update this again when episode 3 comes out, I won't post it again though and I'll just update the files as usual.

The decisions I make in BtS is solely based on my perception of the Chloe I can vaguely remember from the first game.
That means she has to be an asshole to her stepdouche even though I sympathize with him. And she continues to be a sarcastic and rude criminal as long it benefits her and her gf.
This feels more RP than me trying to steer her life for the better lol
It's not bad. Some of the callbacks to previous choices feel oddly mechanical, and it feels weird having this passionate romance and being compelled to help Samantha/stand up for Nathan knowing that Rachel betrays Chloe and Nathan kills them both, but that's the problem of a prequel, I guess.
At least the town no longer has a massive graffiti problem centered around VC, RA, Warren Gayram, and memes; and the cringe-inducing dialogue is now relegated to scenes that are actually intended to be oppressively awkward, e.g. the dinner scene, and not spread throughout the entire experience because some french guy tried to write american teens.
The final episode is coming out next week
It's my understanding that it'll be the final episode of this little prequel, yes?
I do hope they'll put it on sale while they're at it, really want to give it a chance
I think you missed the sale, it was discounted for Black Friday.

For some reason the voice actor of Nathan keeps posting magazines he's been getting way before they're supposed to be released.
he's a cool dude who doesn't give a shit

Just bought the deluxe version of this a few days ago, but haven't played yet cause I wanted to wait until it was 100% complete. Guess I'm just gonna have to hold off another week!
Good news everyone. Ashly Burch is returning as Chloe in the bonus episode.
All is right in the world
Seems kind of weird to bring her back now that this new VA has been in most of the game.
Interesting in the wording they chose though when they announced, almost like we will see Max & Chloe again

cant have Hannah Telle without Ashly. This is the best news I've heard all year
It wasn't a given that we were getting Hannah back either. I'm glad the VO strike ended when it did. I don't think anyone else could play Max.

It was okay, didn't particularly move or impact me as much as the main game did. I picked the [sp]lie to Rachel[/sp] ending.

Same. [sp]I teared up more at the Frank & William scenes more than anything. Probably because I also lost my dad and Frank reminds me so much of my brother.[/sp]
So... does it justify it's own existence by the end? Because as the "Fire Walk With Me" of Life is Strange it doesn't really... have anything that really needed to be tell. Don't get me wrong I like the interactions and everything, but even by the end of Episode 2 it feels pointless.
[sp]That after credits scene was a grim reminder after what was a mostly happy ending...[/sp]

Don't compare it to FWWM. That's insulting to both properties, really.

It was a middle finger, honestly. We know it ends like that. We know they're not going to end up happy ever after. Why do THAT, though?
