I hope i have to make the hard choice of [sp]going back and killing William (Who is a huge dork by the way, who the fuck says yonder non ironically?). Glad i took the photo of them both so i have the option due to cool time power 3.[/sp]
Did anybody else do the Frank bean thing like 5 times, it was just so hilarious and it just felt good to make Max laugh at it.

[sp] The second i saw Chloe look away in the pool scene, i knew it was going to happen and i embraced my new lesbian powers to the fullest potential.[/sp] [sp]Sorry Warren.[/sp] [editline]19th May 2015[/editline] [sp] I'm not sorry in the least. [/sp]
I can't open the principal's door after rewinding time to get it. I think my game is bugged
What a great episode! Going to have to play through it several more times now to try out the different choices. Also really glad that [sp]Max and Chloe finally kissed. With how close they've been getting recently it's about damn time they did! Even if it was just a dare it's still a sign of affection.[/sp] [editline]19th May 2015[/editline] This thread looks like some classified file gone wrong with all these black lines.
Oh sweet Jesus that ending hit me pretty hard, and it takes a lot for a game to elicit a reaction like that. [sp]Also Will being a huge nerd explains Max and Chloe's weird dialogue[/sp]
[sp]I was for sure that the ending would be chloe dead, or her mom, or both her parents died on the bus, but... i was not expecting this ;-;[/sp]
[sp]ha get fucked Warren[/sp] [sp]nerd[/sp]
Also, people on Neogaf brought up the fact that [sp]The world is way more fucked in the second universe, only small animals, like the birds were showing up dead, but whales in the other. Also, Nathan's info is really uncomfortable, and it seems clear that it probably isn't just mental illness.[/sp]

Or do you mean his (Nathan's) addictions?[/sp]
I don't want to wade through the spoiler minefield, but would you guys say this is worth getting?
I don't want to wade through the spoiler minefield, but would you guys say this is worth getting?
Yep. Dialogue can be cringy at times but it makes up for it with choices that matter, lots of things to investigate (if one wants to) and an emotional story.
This was basically my reaction to the ending of episode 3 [sp]I also don't want have to kill William in the next episodes, please don't make me do it[/sp]
Jesus fucking Christ that ending. Wowzers. I can't even put into words how I feel. It's just... what. Each episode keeps one-upping the previous one.

Even if it was just a dare it's still a sign of affection.[/sp]
I liked that they kind of fixed a few character flaws, i think that Chloe was an awful character in the other episodes and now i'm starting to like her. [sp]or was[/sp] Additionally as far as the [sp]kiss thing goes, across the rest of the episode i actually felt an atmosphere of "haha, check us out just two bffs that totally kissed one time but have no romantic feelings towards one another, none at all...nope...definitely not". It was pretty well written and kind of cute i thought.[/sp]
So I was watching a playthrough where the player managed to [sp]save Kate[/sp] in episode 2, and I was surprised to see that at the beginning Max didn't call out Chloe's bitchy behaviour in that scenario.

[sp]Am I the only one in the world that wanted max to not be lesbian? Bi maybe, but not hardcore lesbo. I was kindof disappointed when I saw that warren was with stella in the new universe. I still kissed chloe, though, because she asked.[/sp] [sp]Also I'm fairly sure the dead whales, birds, random snow, UNSCHEDULED ECLIPSE, etc are indeed just crazy butterfly effects of max, the dead whales representing the fact that she changed the whole fucking universe this time, not the possibility of accelerated climate change.[/sp] [editline]20th May 2015[/editline]
[sp]You mean about Frank and the blood oath? I think Chloe is definately bi though and I think she could have been testing waters with that dare.[/sp] [editline]20th May 2015[/editline] Also Mad Max is a cutie pie
[sp]So what happens if you don't manage to hide the keys? The first time I hid them in the cookies and William still found them, but then I noticed that it wasn't letting me rewind anymore so I reloaded the checkpoint just cause you actually altering the timeline seemed more interesting. Did anyone go through with the change not happening? And I'm guessing that in the next episode Max will somehow revert the changes, cause she was still wearing her old clothes in the preview.[/sp]
[sp] William will walk out the door and then the game forces you to rewind, it's a bit odd that it doesn't let you right away [/sp]
[sp]Oh, okay then. I'm gonna guess that the next episode will have some section in the beginning where you go back and reverse that choice cause this new timeline pretty much throws out all the stuff that was set up and the mystery that was created leading to it.[/sp]
There is no way that Max [sp]Won't realize this new world is absolutely fucked, and nothing really benefits her, Chloe or... any one for that matter at all. [/sp]
Is it possible that Max's rewind powers only affect the Earth, and not the rest of the universe? Maybe it doesn't affect the moon, so the Earth keeps going back in time, changing the rotation of the Earth, while the moon continues to orbit normally and is unaffected. Maybe that's the reason why the eclipse happened. Also when Max rewinds time, she teleports. Nobody seems to even notice her teleporting around so it's possible that's how no one predicted the eclipse; the moon keeps "teleporting" everytime Max rewound time and no one noticed.
Fucking hell. That ending. [sp]I still think that with those time manipulations Max will eventually "turn" into Rachel and like she'll be in the same universe with another Max, that we've played in previous episodes[/sp]

[sp]Also when Chloe says you were the same size is a possible small hint, as well as people actually mistaking you for Rachel herself when your in her clothes[/sp]
jesus christ that ending almost had me in tears

now we wait 2 months for what happens next, seriously can't wait
Why do I get the feeling the homeless lady behind the Two Whales diner is more significant than just "homeless lady behind the diner"? When she states shes been in Arcadia Bay "a thousand years" and says it would "take a lifetime" to see all the changes. Could she have once had (or still have) the same powers as Max? She also seems completely understanding of Max's warning of the Tornado. Could she have seen it too? Maybe it could just be a "she's as crazy as I am" deal, who knows :v: Also, thanks for the avatar material!
I'm thinking that the final episode will be [sp]Max finally coming to terms that Chloe should die in the restroom since everything else in the game after it has been a direct result of her survival.[/sp]
[sp]El. Psy. Congroo.[/sp]
