I can't see them retconning the DNA Splicers until the BW remakes. Maybe they'll do something to make it less retarded next gen, like fixing the movesets and making whatever you fuse with it usable so that you can have more than one fused Kyurem per file.
Remember how fusion works from a data management viewpoint. They HAVE to change that up with USUM, otherwise you'd have to choose between Necrozma or Kyurem formes.
Some extras in the meantime could work. Turn Glaciate into the Fusion moves, prompt Kyurem to learn Freeze Shock/Ice Burn upon form change, ala Rotom, and you have one of the more pants on head choices of B2W2 fixed.
The other one, namely difficulty settings being unlockable version exclusive stuff, is also easily fixable.

There's still plenty of space left in the saves from what I remember. Adding an extra field for your Necrozma fusion is certainly possible.
Yep, the Rotom Powers are basically just O-Powers under a different name. That's good. SM's lack of those really bugged me.

On the other hand the 3rd entry to most gens used all the same assets, engine and maps with the only differences being the story and mon sprites, so producing them probably cost game freak very little, they probably even realised they'd make less sales and thats why the 3rd entries never went completely overboard with new content etc.

Hi has there been any word on any benefit of going from Sun -> UltraSun or Moon -> Ultramoon?
I bought Sun last time and I wanted to go for UltraMoon this time.

I'm hoping that Pokemon switch will be the start of the main series going without two versions, with DLC expansions being released to expand upon what's in the game.
I think I'd rather keep DLC out of the Pokemon series, seems like a can of worms that I just don't want to see opened, [I]especially[/I] with Nintendo at the helm.

Like I'm all for a main series Pokemon on the Switch, but like, I'd prefer to just buy a content filled game each time and not have piecemeal content handed to me, plus I feel like Nintendo could get extra scummy with it and fuck that.
If Ultra Sun/Moon is the last main games on 3Ds does that mean they are gonna be on the switch for now on? If so RIP me ever having pokemon again :(

I'm actually regretting one thing about Pokemon coming to the Switch in that it'll probably be $60 and stay at $60.
I don't mind paying $60 if there's more content. I felt like the 3DS was starting to hold them back a lot, both in terms of features and graphical fidelity. Migrating to the Switch is a good choice imo.
