This Tempest practically loves my dear empress of Begnion and the Shadow Prince, like the other two where the boss has them as a counter. I'd say -Def as not getting doubled is pretty important, especially if dragons and tome users come after him. His Def Stance and Prf Weapon already put him up to 42 Def with a -Def Bane.

you almost never want -spd unless it's an already slow unit or if you want to be doubled to build specials

If you pick -def you're kinda missing the point of bothering to use Shiro, if you use -speed you should just use Lukas who can hit stupidly low speeds more easily. I'd say -def if you're set on using that, but I'd personally let him rot in my barracks until I pulled a +speed or +def with -res.

I don't pull too often so I just go with lesser evils I pulled my free summon and 2 reds from the stance banner and got a +atk-hp mage Eirika That's cool I guess

Most useful thing you can do with Shiro is to inherit steady stance 1 and 2 to another unit so you can inherit both steady breath and aether from a brave Ike and save 20k feathers

I'm also expecting it to be Fjorm's little sister. I'm moreso waiting for Myrrh on a legendary banner though. I feel like Myrrh on a legendary banner is very appropriate at this point and my current is -def which is... very not good.

The only other legendary archer I'd imagine we could get would be Alm in his Conqueror class with a bow. Though if he was to be a red archer he wouldn't get any use out of Cancel Affinity, which is the trademark skill of the class. If it's not going to be an OC, it'll probably be Celica or Great Lord Hector with a sword.

I had completely given up on Young Tiki being in a banner period. In fact I assumed she would have been bumped down to 4 star before being put in a banner. I will probably drop all of my orbs for this. Only way that IS can piss me off at this point is if there's a FE9/10 banner on the 8th with Jill on it.

You're right, that's a brand new breath. They're probably tired of everyone just using Lightning Breath on dragons.

Then they need to fix dragon tribal to not be the laziest meta available. Dragonbreaker would be a good start but as we saw with Bow-Lyn all breaker skills still rely on color, regardless of whether or not they say it. Most reds with high enough DEF to double Myrrh don't have the speed to do so or will die on retaliation too. Better top it off with a WoM Ninian to just fuck your shit up.

I wouldn't have a problem with a Dragonbreaker skill that worked for all dragons. After all something like Red Tome Breaker already works on more units than the total amount of dragons (18 vs 11), so it'd be weird to have a version that only worked on 4 or 2 specific units at a time. Dragons already have easy access to distant counter, innate adaptive damage against ranged units and 7 of them can run Swordbreaker to curb their hardest counters.
