That's what the different modes are there for. The newest story mode is brainless even on lunatic. The only modes that can be challenging are arena assault and squad assault, but that's more about attrition than skill

Lilina? Yes. Her attack in insane with refinement and Deathblow, giving her +12 Attack just for initiating. Give her any breaker skill and that unit is dead meat. I usually like Swordbreaker because fuck fast sword units. Alternatively, giving her Windsweep (if you can even get that skill) is excellent with Phantom Speed to avoid those annoying Distant Counter units rampant in Arena. Ultimately you’d want +Atk, but Speed is good to avoid getting wrecked.
