most of the cars have been leaked. there is also a halo minigame where you drive the warthog and it has a halo themed sky. Unfortunately its not playable

It happened again - did another endurance event, but only won the S2000 LM Race Car. The cars I won yesterday were the Lancia Delta rally car and Nissan R390 GT1 road car.
I have done all of the Endurance events except for two - 100 laps of R246 and 78 laps of Monaco, and not once have I won either of the Formula One cars

the crew 2 is pretty average i feel, they threw away the best thing they had (the great map and exploring) and theres no reason not to fast travel to every event the actual racing is a bit boring, you grind drops they wipe the floor with everyone
i just replayed horizons 3 because a friend bought it, theres no real feeling of progression but its just a better game in almost every way better cars/selection better racing better physics the only weakness is the small map
I am really looking forward to that game seeing a final release. Everything I've seen of it has been very promising.
anyone have really bad micro stutter or framepacing in crew 2? im wondering if its because i have fast sync on, cornering is really ugly but it stays at 60fps almost all the time
the crew 2 is such a shitty launch. i like ubi and how they support games post launch but why buy future games on release, might as well wait 6 months, twice the content the half the price. there are 5 fucking hypercar races in C2, no tools for user created races hardly any races at all and no incentive for exploration. FH3 had issues at launch but it wasnt short of fun events to take part in and had a ton of community tools.
My friend who bought gold keeps going on about how its such a nice map, sure but its fucking empty. C1 if you got bored you went somewhere and there was a cool event C2 has none of that, even iconic locations of US motorsport are dead, you goto pikes peak theres no race just a shitty acrobatics event
I saw a YouTube video of Laguna Seca in The Crew 2. I’m not sure if it was rushed or if they weren’t allowed to replicate Laguna Seca 1:1, but it was a complete bastardisation. Just abysmal.
I mean it’s kinda cool that a game would go to those efforts, but maybe I don’t understand the appeal of games like The Crew or NFS.
I really enjoyed NFS Shift 2 but after that I feel NFS series just got messed up, nothing good was launched by them.
Considering Hot Pursuit was in 2010 and the last good arcade NFS, I can't disagree with this. I liked Shift 2 a lot as well.

Disappointed in how wide the roads are and how many cars are just being carried over from FH3, but the seasons thing looks sick. I love blizzard mountain but the map is tiny and like 50 people play it, now everyone will have to git gud on snow. muahaha.
I am cautiously optimistic for horizon 4 because character customization plus houses is starting to sound a lot like tdu2 and that game was way underappreciated. But it's going to be on xbox live game pass as soon as it comes out, and horizon 3 had a bullshit season pass that didn't even come with all the DLC packs and FM7 had those goddamn lootcrates in it.
On the topic of lootboxes, I finally got around to playing Need for Speed payback and the new upgrade system just fuckin ruins it. The driving has been way refined from the reboot so you don't crash out on a single pixel, cop chases are fun as shit but you just have to hope and dream that the right upgrade parts are in the shop or you're shit outta luck. Plus underglow is a premium loot box item which can actually go fuck off my cock because we should've just been able to buy it with ingame cash.
I'm really hoping that horizon 4 delivers because there's been a serious lack of good open world racing games for the longest. Come on MS baby don't fuck us with lootboxes please.
they're pretty generous in handing out free lootboxes in NFS Payback. I've never bought a single one and I've upgraded close to 30 cars to max level.
I am 500% okay with Forza Horizon 4 basically turning into Test Drive Unlimited.
If I want to play dress up and buy a house, I go play The Sims, not a racing game.
The game already literally hands them out like candy, so much so that I'm able to upgrade any car I want by just using the 5000000000 part tokens I have from opening the like 6 crates I get every time I play + from cutting down speed cards that aren't better than the ones already in the car I'm racing online with.
Never had to spend a penny.
Ultimate Edition for FH4 this time around actually contains the expansions this time around luckily so thats a good sign
