Also small reminder that there is version for people with slower PC that contain lower res textures( but still better than default), and additional folder with all bumps in 1024px resolution instead of 2048px that you can apply to main mod if you want to keep full res diffuse textures, but get few fps more with lower res bump maps.

I'd really like to play Clear Sky at some point but everytime I start a new game I get the same bug...like hour or so in and you're defending/clearing those camps the game seems to forget what its doing and I get stuck in the mission.

I found out that some people complain that sound of under-barrel grenade launcher sound unrealistic. It really sound like just "pop" sound:

I think there's a general bugfix thing called Sky Reclamation Project or something like that. I'm pretty sure it touches up those sort of things.

As for video, I actually had in hand this grenade launcher when I had my military service, it dont use shell-less design as russian VOG ammunition used in GP launchers, its actually like american version of 40mm grenades.
And funny fact, if you are from USA, and you used grenade launchers in your military service there is big chance that training ammunition and even one used in combat was made and designed in Polish arms factory "Dezamet", but even weirder thing is that in Poland there is big chance that you will use ammunition made in USA :D This is really nice example of partnership between countries.

I was cleaning my backup box, where I store almost 100 DVDs and CDs and 4 external HDDs(I even have few floppy disk) that Im making for almost 18 years. Yes, I dont like cloud services, because guess what? cloud is just another computer in other country, and if you dont have internet... you are screwed. That why I prefer my box :boxhide:
So I was updating my HDD with some data, and when I was waiting to copy everything I was checking some CD and guess what I found... Folder with almost 50 stalker images from 2002-2004 and 4 videos ALSO from 2002-2004. 2 of them where in really bad quality(240x320) but two of them where in pretty good shape, so I uploaded them to YouTube for your entertaining :D

First one is dated 2002/03/18(CD was burned in 2003) and show Tech demo of stalker that was still looking like Codename: Outbreak(grandpa of stalker) and had still title oblivion lost. Map used in video was Aztec made for Multiplayer, but Im not sure about that...

Next one is more "recent", date was 2004/03/02 and in the same year I burned that CD.
It show preview video of some of the weapons used in Stalker. As you can see its look like Stalker and work like Stalker, even if it was from 2004.
Sadly it is a bit laggy, Its not because of Youtube or your internet, even funnier thing is that I put tittle "Weapon_DivX5.11_800x600HQ" so yeah, if someone is young and dont remember that, having 800x600 video with Divix coded was like having 2k video today :D

Oh those times.... I will check rest of my backup collection, maybe I will find even more stuff related to Stalker, because I have MASSIVE amount of stuff from Fallout 1 and 2 and other post-apo games from 1995-2007 but even if I was making backups I didnt actually clean them and everything is everywhere, total chaos... -_-
