I don't mean to be jerk, but do you seriously click your Divine Storm and Crusader strike, seeing as they are on the last actionbar spots on the main actionbar. Plus, you've got auto-attack icon on your keybutton1, it's useless, you can use Rightclick on mouse to active attacking.
