I get about 5 levels when waiting for the booty bay/ratchet boat.
It's also fun to do when waiting for members of your party to reach the instance/area.
Just got 67 on ma druid.

i joined one last week, was really lame as half the people were undergeared according to the leader so it disbanded after idling in /2 for an hour

well our guild had so much drama because the guild leader wanted to suspend us (we raided later at night, so we had our own seperate clique), and the raid leader was like "fuck you, ur suspended" so we're like "fuck that" and made our own guild. did a test run in ulduar to see how geared we are, our OT couldn't be there so they told me to OT. on XT no pummelers spawned so i kinda sat around doing nothing, razorscale was easy, adds didnt hit hard and razorscale didn't either, ignis was a bit tougher, picking up adds the entire time was kinda tough because in the time it took me to get the 10 stacks and put it in the water another add had been up for about 4 seconds, so i was kinda slow but we got that one (one of the healers died about 80% through, so we solo healed that with our paladin healer for a long time that fight haha), kologarn killed me (our tank wanted to see if i could tank it), i did ok, but then i died cause the healers were kinda overwhelmed, but i got a bres and decided to pick up the adds and the real MT decided to go on kolo (we didn't wipe), IC was kinda rough but we got through it, auriaya was kinda weird, i decided to take the 2 adds and then after those were down i would taunt the feral defender and fake dps on the boss, and i went DPS on hodir.
it was fun, we got everything down first try except hodir which took us 2 tries. (we lost 5 dps that fight (i went dps cause you only need 1 tank) except me and a shaman, and we had 2 healers up as well and the tank. Then we were getting down to the wire, had 15 seconds until the enrage and he was at 2.5%, and one of our healers died some how, and then the other dps died, so it was me a healer and a tank at like 2.3% with about 10 seconds until the enrage, then he enraged and did that big aoe or w/e and killed everyone except for me, i popped every cooldown i had and then managed to get him down far enough to turn friendly, i had about 20% health left and used my gnomish army knife to res the healer afterwards. it was awesome. moving on to the other bosses thursday.
TBH i'm surprised we did as well as we did, especially with me tanking. The reason being is that i have some ok tank stuff, and some not ok stuff, such as my blue shoulders that do shield block, but w/e i was still defense capped and had 40k health and my avoidance was more than 50% so i ended up not doing bad, plus we had 2 really good healers.
same thing happened to me. had like a 'clique' in my old guild who were mainly the core raiders. we all got kicked for being 'bullies' and the guild fell apart 2 weeks later :c00l:

Must agree on the Ignis part, as a tank. The fight's piss easy but actually getting the add to stay in the flames is a bit tricky. I'm a warrior and I found myself timing my stuns perfectly per add just to manage it. Takes some practice.
