I was being ubered as a pryo, and someone blocked me, and I ran out of ammo and uber. He then killed me with a facestab. Don't ask why. :(
Everytime I uncloak in TF2 infront of a pyro.
I missed chain stabbing in TF2 while bumping into people for about 2 minutes.

Oof. Got to be that level in Unreal Tournament 2004 (bombing run) where after you score you fall down and hit all these bars on the way down. Well I had the ball, ran the wrong way totally, jumped through our own gate and whacked into one of those bars, legs spread apart and all. Ouch.
Well, technically this wasn't embarassing for me, but I could practically hear this guy raging from across the network connection, so:
Battlefield 2, I was sniping on the roof of a small 2-story building, and of course I had laid claymores. Some joker thinks it's a good idea to run into the building in the hopes of killing me. Boom. Claymore. Now, you'd think that would be enough, but nope, Mr. Persistent respawns and charges right back in. Boom, second claymore.
Now he and I both know that snipers only have 2 claymores. So, being the clever guy that he is, my new nemesis [I]carefully[/I] enters the same building, and steps onto the roof, weapon at the ready.
Right into the business end of my knife.
He spent the rest of the round trying to kill me.

Oh, just remembered one that was actually embarassing for [I]me.[/I] :v: (TF2). It was my first time playing Nucleus, so I roll sniper (rifle equipped), ready to eat up those long sightlines. I spend a few seconds scoped in outside our spawn, sweeping back and forth, looking for targets. I get blindsided by a pyro.
Startled to find myself ablaze, I jump screaming into the pit, ending the round.
A guy was shooting me with a pistole i knifed him in the gut and turned away ONLY TO FIND OUT DIRECT HITS ONLY WORK HALF THE TIME POW im dead. -Call of duty : World at War
On halo 3 was playing on sandtrap with explosives in the elephant so it flies around the map. Me and another person were in hornets and were trying to shoot each other down, with 4x overshields and 2000% damage resistance.
When I almost killed him I was hit by a flying elephant and exploded instantly.
ALL of my Call of Duty deaths. I have this urge to just knife people. Even snipers from across the map. I get shot alot, but when you knife them...Ahh, good times :D
Or yesterday, I was playing the UKMD server on CS:S, I went the entire round, died 15 times and only killed 2 people. By spray and pray. I can't seem to aim my carbine :(
Thinking I could rush a minefield on Crysis. First comes boom, then comes broken tree falling on body. Hooray!
Going to backstab a heavy, then having him turn around and punch me in the face, instakilling me (damn crits)
On Insurgency, me and the rest of my team were camping in a house.
I heard enemies approaching, so I decided to throw a grenade out of the window.
There was no window.
Was showing off to my friend in JK3 as he just got it and lost my footing and fell hilariously off a cliff.
Also satellite fell on my sim once in the sims 2.
Oh and checking the Direct X 10 stuff in crysis with a tree at the very start, so I shot a tree and it slowly snapped and came towards me but i didn't move as it was quite small and it one hit killed me.
I threw a nade on CS and it hit another nade in the air and bounced back and span on my head.
Playing DoDS on avalanche as allied. I was support and ran up into the open building with the open roof facing the axis alley. So, as the Axis were slowing coming out, one by one, I decided to wait for a big group of them to show up, so the rocket would be worth the kills (I usually suck ASS on avalanche). I see about 4, maybe 5 axis stop in front of the sandbags, none of them have noticed me. Within a split second, I put on a smile, aimed with the RPG, and fired the rocket.
The rocket hit the corner of the wall I was hiding behind.
In Red Orchestra I was with a bunch of guys in a tower, overlooking a side entrance. I threw a grenade and it didn't fly out of the window..
I killed myself and about 4 teammates.

I usually take too much time to decide whether I should reload or not, and when I finally do it some random guy kills me.
On bad company I was playing support and went to throw this guy a medkit. Goddamn shitty lag compensation made me shoot him in the face. Then because he was dead I got my ass kicked by some guy with an SMG.
In ARMA 1 when I was flying a helicopter packed with people to the last city, this takes a little while maybe 5 minutes. When I was about to land... I hit a tree.
BF2: I was flying a full helicopter (Wake Island) and when approaching the first enemy base, i was flying a bit too low and my choppa exploded on a tree. Killed everyone in the helicopter :/
FLCE: I nuked myself, another battlecruiser and an attack carrier trying to kill an assault carrier before it's shields went up.

TF2 Scout, I jumped towards a pyro over a cliff, thinking he didn't see me, suddenly he turns around and blasts me in the cliff. Twice.
Just happened, TF2. I was playing a match of Arena, I was a medic and the last one alive. I saw a spy disguised as me and we had a staring contest, I typed to all:
"I dare you to try it". He laughs and headshotted me with an ambassador.

TF2: was the last one alive on our team as a scout on Arena_Lumberyard. Needed to get some health from the log over the pit before I would finish that pyro off with my pistol... OF COURSE I HAVE TO JUMP TO LONG AND FALL INTO THE PIT OF SHAME
Mine was in TF2, I was playing as a spy and some heavy was shooting me so I took cover behind a wall and cloaked and snuck up on him (he was still focused on the wall with his gun rotating), I uncloaked behind him and backstabbed him. Feeling cool I went to taunt but accidently pressed my 'explode' key instead. So instead of seeing me taunting in his killcam he saw me exploding. :P
That's cool too.
Ok, i was in tf2 on area_sawmill, i was the alst sniper, he was the last demoman. He was standing in the corner, i was on the roof above that corner, sniper could not reach it (for reason) and i grabbed a machette and jmped on him. I don't know how it happend, but i "falled to a clumpsy death" and he at the same moment killed himself with bombs.
