In CoD 4, 2 people and me chased this guy camping behind a garbage dumpster, we knifed the shit out of him then realized he dropped a grenade because it was his perk, we scared shitless tried to get out of there and all would have made it because we were just a few steps to a corner and all got stuck trying to run at the same time side by side in between the wall and dumpster of the alley giving the kid a triple kill...

I was recording a frag video on hidden and dangerous 2, killed a few people and was shooting another when i ducked behind a box while still shooting so i could reload. The bullet bounced off the box in front of me and killed me with a headshot :l
BF2 I was sniping and then suddenly I notcied a shadow around me, I couldnt move in time and got killed by a deployed vehicle.
Was playing a battlefield 1942 mod desert combat a few years ago (I can't forget this one lol) was in a large transport helicopter with literally like half the team on it, there weren't even enough seats to fit all the people. I wasn't in a seat I was just in the back. I was a little bored at the time, and decided to do something stupid/funny. I dropped a bomb and blew it up in the back of the helicopter. Somehow the bomb ONLY killed the pilot and no one else. Suddenly the sound of the helicopter's engine stopped, and probably everyone was wondering what was going on, soon after the helicopter hit the ground and blows up killing everyone on board. I was promptly kicked from the server.
And another time I was playing swat 4 there's a room ahead with hostages. Someone throws a flash in, I run in with a fully automatic weapon and start spraying. The room was clear and everything was normal again. except one thing..I killed the hostage too! lol (kicked)
Some flying vehicle related death, I'm sure.
If not, I was trying to do something with a rocket launcher and I was popping in and out of cover. Whatever I was doing, this last rocket would get the job done. I fired to early and killed myself. I think I may have been the last one on my team, too.
Playing CSS on warcraft mod as an invisible race with 1 hp, an enemy then threw a flashbang it hit and killed me :saddowns:

When i was playing CoD4 on overgrown, i was running towards some dude (trying to get the knife challenge) and he chucked a grenade into the building near the gas station (2 floors), needless to say i died by his grenade. When i looked at the kill cam, his grenade bounced off the wall, went behind him and killed me.

Nearing the end of our route, my car was damaged the the point of black smoke pouring out
I hit a taxi and spun onto the other side of the road, which my friend was going down, who had crashed earlier thus putting me in the lead
My wheels then burst into flames and he whacked the side of my car, causing it to explode and killing both of us

On red faction guerrilla online.. i was snipen fools from one of the higher buildings and saddly one of my noob teamate thought it would be funny to blow up the base of the building......as funny as it was we ended up losing because we didnt have enough charges left :(
Oh Battlefield:2142 me and my squad were hovering beside the enemy titan waiting for the shields to go down. Well i had a dumb moment and flew to close to there hanger.... We all died..

Similar thing. I was flying a full gal with 3 other full gals. The other ones all landed in the courtyard since the base wasn't being defended by many people. I couldn't find a spot to land so I just ejected high up, thinking the gal would go forward and explode. Well the gal fell down and exploded, killing like 8 teamates and myself.

See the harrier on a lowered platform in the bottom right of the picture? Behind him is a hangar bay like thing and you can actually fly through it to the other side of the ship.
A guy was on my tail and I went full speed through that hole attempting to lose him. I made it, and looked back to see what happened to the guy chasing me. I saw him crash into the carrier, but when I changed my view back to normal, I had just enough time to realize I'm about to crash into the water.

call of duty 4. backlot I think... threw stun nade into window at snipers, threw frag in to finish them... suddenly I get stunned. "oh shiiiit." *BOOM* I missed the window (barely) and they bounced back and landed behind me. hardcore mode so no. warning
I remember a grenade headshotting me in CS 1.6.
It was just like a normal grenade but it exploded in the air, hit me for a 100, and was recorded as a headshot.
Many a time, because I have L binded to kill in TF2 for some reason, I've killed myself while trying to type. :(

I lately bought battlefield 1943 for the ps3, and was flying around a bit in a plane, bombing some stufff, when I noticed I was under AA fire. I jump out, with my plane exploding a split second later. Having a good feeling as I escaped a close death and thinking I can go further on foot, I then realize I have not yet found the button for the parachute. I furiously started pressing all the buttons. I seemed to have missed the jump button.
It was the jump button.
Being the 4th headshot in a Quad on HC Cod4.

I was sniping from a hill, doing pretty good, then I started to hear a helo. I looked all around for it and could not find the dang thing even though it sounded REALLY close.
Well, the one place I didn't look was up... The bastard landed on me to kill me. =(

In TF2
This one time I was playing CS:S and I tried throwing a frag grenade around a door but I didn't go out enough so instead the frag grenade bounced off the door and hit me in the head, killing me.
In Halo 3 I sniped myself in the head, stuck myself with a sticky grenade, and have fallen to my death alot on blackout.
In Battlefield:1943, I blew myself up with my own C4s because I forgot where I left them when I was being attacked. Also my millions of plane suicides by running into thin wires or structures.
Playing GTA4 freeroam with some friends, we were trying to survive with cops on for as long as possible, after ages of holding out in the stripclub we decide to run out, quickly gun down whoever is outside, grab a car, drive to the docks and have another friend playing with us pick 3 of us up, me and someone else were going to stay until he could return for us.
We run out and I grab the nearest car while everyone else is killing the police, when we're finally moving I try to find the quickest way to the docks while avoiding our chasers, I look behind me, see a few cops crash, have a bit of a laugh, turn back to see myself smash into an obstacle and get catapulted out of the car and land right infront of another car that runs me over.

Anyway, in Red Orchestra, me and a german had a shootout that lasted for five minutes on the map with all the farms, can't remember its name. Eventually we both ran out of ammo and had a bayonet fight which I lost :(
