HQRSE and I were playin some multiplayer GTAIV. We drove around for about 2 hours looking for a specific spot, one that happened to be where if you were in the passenger's seat if you got out you'd fall to your death, and then the driver would shoot the car to flames and it'd explode. So either way, you die. I was in the passenger seat.
I already knew about it, so we're driving around for well over 2 hours looking for it. We were driving right up to it finally, and I dodged out of the car, and said in vent "By the way I know what you're doing." HQRSE said "what?" and I pulled out an RPG and blew the car into the stratosphere.

I was at double walls and saw an RPG at the end so I took out my nade and prepped it a bit. As I was about to throw he shot an RPG towards the guy behind me. So as I threw the nade, the nade bounced off the RPG, hit me in the face, and exploded.
I literally lol'd and wish I could record that shit like in Halo 3.

In Suicide Survival, I was playing survivor on a map that featured a teleporter that could teleport me to the top of a greenhouse surrounded by trees. I hopped on top of a tree and sat there throwing books at passing shrubs... I was hearing close bush rustling. What I didn't notice was that a bastard shrub had went through the teleporter and hopped on top of my head... It was bouncing. About half the people on the server spamming the text chat "LOL BEN", before I had a chance to look up BOOM went the suicider.

Was playing CoD 4 with a friend in search and destroy a while back. He was the last man standing and was halfway through planting the bomb when thought I'd mess around with him. We were in the market and I told him that enemies were coming and he should hide down the well. He actually did it and I laughed my ass off.
When apparently I shot a friendly heli down when we were being overrun in OPF1. That one teamkill cost us 4 teammates :(

I recall playing ArmA, I was flying a blackhawk and bringing the chopper into a hotzone to drop some friendlies. OPFOR members were placed on some nearby building (I assume to catch tanks trying to get through the streets) and they fired an RPG right up into my chopper.
Everyone died.
When I was young a long time ago, I played runescape and followed a guy into the PVP zone thinking I'd get some good treasure.

Not a death, but in Left 4 Dead I didn't know the metal detector on Dead Air set off an alarm so I purposly went right through it -_- My team wasn't too happy.

I was playing ArmA, and told my guys, "don't pack chutes, we will be just fine with my evasive maneuvers!". We got hit directly with a missile. Everyone died, and the Mobile HQ was dropped in a hotzone, and we lost it because no enemy would destroy it, and we got killed by small arms ifw we spawned there.
A while ago, I was playing Zombie Master, and I was standing on a pole and a zombie killed me and I landed on my balls and stayed there, and some guy said "You got sacked."
In DOD I tried sneaking up to a guy and stabbing him in the back but he turned around as I decided to pull my knife out and headshotted me.
I couldnt snipe a guy with a crossbow for like 3 minutes on Half-Life two DM

In l4d, I was on Crash Course, and we were looking at the Heli pilot's dead body, and I started messing around, all 4 of us were shooting at it after we heard Francis say "Zoey. heres the pilo, if you want to shoot him again!" and we were doing stuff like melees, headshots and crap, then I started flicking through my stuff, and threw a molly by mistake (the admin spawned 2 mollys and 2 pipes at the start) and we all got incaapped. (expert)
No mercy l4d. In the unfinished section of the hospital in no mercy 4.
I was waiting around a corner. Pounced, lagged through someone -.-
and fell to my death.
