K. well before i said everytime I play online but just recently in ZPS i got stuck in a window and i had droped my melee a while ago so i shot the wood and i didnt break. so then I trid to walk out the way i came when A hoarde of zombies come at me.
Also in HL2DM I got blown into a wall and hung in it for a while.
While playing 2142 I was cruising round in the gunship, feeling pretty cocky with 3 kills.
Someone asks for a pickup so I hover down near him and pick him up, then whilst trying to take out another gunship I try to do a loop, im stuck upside down and unable to pull back up, so I bail out, parachute down and watch my gunship slam into a friendly tank, with the other guy still inside.
They both proceded to teamkill me for the rest of the round.
Uncharted 2, round started and I threw a grenade took me and two others with.
Guys how did you manage to bump a two month old thread.
Anyway, I was playing EVE and couldn't work out how to fire my cannons - I kept trying to do it manually and was wondering why nothing was happening. So I got killed by the tutorial enemy.
HL2DM (way back when)
Punted a grenade at an enemy combine, he caught it and tossed it straight back into my face.
In Darkest Hour, we had a really good match going with realism. We sprinted down to first line of defence. I spotted a tank down the road so I asked my team mate to help me load my rocket launcher. I shifted along, crouched, and fired.. Into the trench wall. 10 team mates died. Including me.
Whenever i fall down a cliff.
Once in Project Reality, I was on the insurgent side carrying an RKG-3 contact anti-tank grenade. So I waited with my squad at a low wall, prone until one of those damn APC's came cruising by to rape our main base. My other squadmates were told to gun down anything that might follow the APC and it was my job to hit it with the grenade. If only I knew at the time those things have dodgy physics.
It went like this : "Ok.... Get ready... THROW! *throws* *tink* *bounce* "Oh shi-" grenade to face and squad became ground beef.
The APC kept driving along happily, wondering why his front was covered in guts and insurgent bits.
In COD4 I tried to throw a gende roun a corner, the grenade bounced of the very tip of the corner and landed at my feet.

In Counter-Strike: Source, I threw a grenade and it hit another one. Somehow they both landed near me.
I tried to toss a grenade and than throw it with the grav gun in HL2DM. I was too late with the grav gun part.
I remember at least 2 games. TF2, when I sticky jump from the first spawn point and go through the sniper rocks all the way to the second cap point with 2 bombs, and the landing kills me D:
Or when I accidentally get shot in the head instead of the teammate that was meant to die instead. I think that happened in cod4...
But I must say, the worst times are in Cabal online. Me grinding in a spot where monsters hit you close to half of your total hitpoints and shit out said hits 3 times in like 2 seconds... Then op nations come to take the spot, I succesfully kill them all alone, and then some monster decides to hit and kill me...
I garotted myself on a clothesline in the Uncharted 2 beta.

And this one time on Capture the Idol (like CTF but carrying the idol means you can only use your pistol, and you have to throw it around to capture it) I went to the pit where the idol is, picked it up, turned round to see like every member of the other team standing above me. They waited until after I threw the idol up to shoot and grenade me to kingdom come. No-one ever escorts you in that game >:(
And once I was carrying the idol back, threw it up to the 1st floor where the capture point is, climbed up, and got shot to pieces as I was doing so. Someone else got the idol and captured it, I didn't get so much as an assist for bringing it all the way there.
Wait! I remember the most embarrasing time was in L4D. Proof that playing with bots is the worst thing we can do.
I was playing Dead Air (it starts in a green house right?) and me and the bots were crossing the rooftops. I suddenly get incapped by something, hanging from a building. Francis and bill try to help but they get incapped hanging aswell. Zoey tries to help, but for some reason she "happily" jumps to the hole, killing herself instantly, loosing the game...
The other time, we were crossing the wooden bridge (dunno which campaign is, forgot), a smoker spawns far far away in an unreachable spot. Pulls me, and I get incapped hanging from the ledge in an unreachable spot. 2 other bots get incapped forgot how, and the last 1 gets attacked by a hunter...
In TF2, I did a rocket jump, and a sniper headshotted me with the Huntsman.
The first time I played search and destroy in Call of Duty 5. Adding to it, It was on hardcore mode so there was no tips or anything. I was the last player on the team and was going to defuse the bomb. I was really stressed and I couldn't figure out how to defuse it, so I jumped around it for like half a minute until the last guy from the other team sneaked up and backstabbed me.
I got alot of hate messages that day, and I think my rep went down a little too.

clipped the edge of a building when I was landing and rolled my helicopter in BF2.
It was a UH-60 with all the seats filled.
My team was not happy
I also managed to run over myself in Arma 2 after I got out of a car that was still rolling.

I was playing Return to Castle Wolfenstein, and was about to snipe an officer when he called a bombardment right on me and the marker killed me.
Today: Cod 4, Pipeline. Team Deathmatch, the Whole team was cramped in that small building (it had an underground entrance, but was camped by an enemy lmg and we were stuck in, So I had a brilliant idea to throw a grenade out... Bounced off the wall... It killed EVERYONE. Everyone hated me for the rest of the match.
On Call of Duty, I was proning behind a car, and someone on the Axis team decided to take the opportunity and run to the car, and SLOWLY back up, killing me.

That's not embarrasing, that's typical.
My embarrassing death in a game would be running on crysis and some how dieing when walking down the stairs :p
Halo 3, on avalanch, capture the flag. Me and some guy are in a hog, and we go over the man cannon to get to the flag. I jump out in mid air, so i can grab the flag and get back into the hog as fast as i can.
I land.
I grab the flag.
Then i turn around.
And manage to catch my escape hog with my face.

On Rainbow Six: Vegas 2, I run into a bad during a terrorist hunt on [highlight]easy[/highlight].
In my panic, I hit the wrong button and throw a C4 charge at him just as he fires. He hit it, it explodes, I go through a window, he goes through a box.
When I got backstabbed by a spy while cloaked with Cloak and Dagger.

On Combat Arms (Yes i know, but this craptop can't play any other games) we were playing Quarantine (Zombies) that have 1-hit infection, and all of the humans got into the room where there is only one way in, and that's a glass door that zombies have to break down, and it takes a crapload of time to break down, and we only needed to survive for 20 more seconds. So we had this in the bag
There was also a window, i tried to kill the zombies as they tried to break the door, i killed one, but i got too close and got infected
Then we lost the round.
I flashed a guy in CSS, emptied a whole AK mag at close range and he still managed to kill me.
I blame the game.
