Hmm, i ordered mine friday and i haven't recieve keys for both, and i think im going to have to email them because i accidently downloaded the one-time download Penumbra expecting the key to be in the rar or something but it wasn't.
I'm going to buy the Pistol Grip bundle tomorrow. All of my friends own The Orange Box including myself. I think I'll just give it away on Facepunch.

Regarding to your game keys, I ordered my Novint Falcon on Sunday last week and got 3 emails.
First was to thank me for my purchase
Second was to confirm purchase
Third was to give me link to Penumbra download.
Then on Wednesday I got my Orange Box code and Penumbra code. They are like you guys and need a weekend and it may take slightly longer to get your codes sorted as so many people ordered falcons.
The next step is waiting for it to arrive :(

I downloaded the Penumbra .rar as well; that shouldn't be a problem, right? We just need to wait for the key before it'll work.

Yeah my order came to $202USD shipped to Australia. It's like paying full price but that's better than paying nearly $300 with the regular price.
Now that the holiday and weekend are over Novint should begin to catch up. Sorry about any delays guys. Novint's pretty small but things will be back up to speed soon.
Novint's CEO just replied about the CD keys and shipping.

Yes (in the bundle which is about the only way Novint is selling it right now). It will have the Falcon (and needed cables), ball grip, pistol grip, Novint's set of mini-games, Penumbra: Overture, and the Orange Box.
Can't wait to see the grips novint come up with in the future and sorry if there was a misunderstanding thorny
