The Novint Falcon Megathread! - Games

No, the way the Falcon is designed the mount that the grip attaches to is ridged. This is needed to maintain accuracy and durability. That kind of freedom would need to be done on the grip itself. There isn't currently grip like that but I do know that Novint is testing a 3 degrees of freedom (3DOF) grip for another project. You can expect that to come around to the consumer side in the future. Like Lapsus said you could try to make a grip for that but it'd be up to you at this point.

The center part is hinged to all the arms and the arms are hinged to the actuators. It makes quite a big circle and you can pull it out about a foot

Shipping cost really turned me down on this one.

The Black Friday was more than 20% broski. 20%, including off shipping, would've been 42$ for me versus the 75$ off I was given. Clearly more win on more epic proportions.
