My net cut out at 98% of the "Penumbra Overture" file D: I spent some time trying to find out a way of not having to re-download the whole thing again, and In doing so I used up all my limit of the times I could download it. baw. Would customer support fix this sort of thing or would I have to email Novint dude. Also is there still a way with fixing the part file to finish off that last frigging 2%? I was using FireFox.

So guys, I've been chatting with both Tom and John at Novint and we're discussing possible promotions for you guys. Do you have any ideas? I'm thinking a good discount (30% or something?), but what else can you guys come up with?
