Does this work with Garry's Mod? I don't think it does, but that would be amazing. Pull on something connected to a rope, feel it get harder to move :v
So, I don't know much about eGO, or clans of any sort really, but if eGO is a poor choice, who would be a good choice? The CEO of Novint is active on their forums, if someone recommends another group that would be interested he would very likely take it under consideration.
Basically, anyone that isn't eGO is a good choice, they are self righteous asshats, looking for more recognition. Why don't Novint look into get some proper "professional" gamers to promote it or something, and sponsor them at their circlejerks, I mean competitions...

Because clans can go suck on a nut, just make your own. Which will be welcomed with open arms.
We don't have any. Because most clans can go suck on a nut, just make your own. Which will be welcomed with open arms.
Fixed. There are a few clans who are actually respectable and aren't total asses.
I'd be embarrassed to own one of these.
Like I said, we have our own servers now to work with. I'll see if I can get events and things to move to those. Need to populate them anyway. We pretty much are our own clan and are working on getting a team together to play some matches. As to your arm getting tired, yes it will. You need something to support your arm. There are many ways to do this, just depends on what works for you. Personally I went looking for something to resolve my issue http://home.novint.com/community/phorum/read.php?2,12453,12453#msg-12453
I'd be embarrassed to own one of these.
why?
Because he's a really cool guy who can't have embarrassing stuff like a video game controller hanging around his jazz pad. All the fly cats might dis him or something.
It never seemed worth $100.
Holy shit UK postage is $66.50. But still
total to a UK purchaser is around £100. This is a great offer as it would usually add up to £160
Um, I may be missing something but it's 150 bucks not 99... [editline]08:10PM[/editline] Oh, so the price will be updated on Friday to 99? That's cool then, never mind.
Yeah I know, I did the same thing at first. Those darn details.
Me too. The blog wasn't colorful, so it didn't capture my attention.
i still don't know what this is. i tried reading something about it but it used a bunch of words i didnt know :saddowns: all i ever saw was it pushing a dildo back and forth
You saw that video too? xD Look around more on the website http://www.novint.com and on http://www.youtube.com there's a lot more videos.
Can someone link me to a site thats selling this?
This company is really nice.
Hi there, I'm planning on ordering one of the Novint Falcons this weekend, as an early Christmas present. My parents want to wait until Christmas for me to open it, and by that time the Refund Policy will be close to running out. While I don't think I'll want to refund (the product looks awesome) I would like the policy in case it for some reason doesn't work on my computer. Is there any way I could have the policy start a bit later, or have the Falcon shipped at a later date?

Thank you for contacting us. In regards to warranty, what we could do in your situation is only start the warranty on Christmas day, therefore giving you the full 30 days to try the Falcon out. If you do make your order, please let me know, and I arrange for a note to be made on it specifying the aforementioned details. Best regards, John T. Director of Marketing Novint Technologies, Inc.
This company is really nice.
Wow. That's rather impressive, considering that they're pretty much doubling your refund time.
Can someone link me to a site thats selling this?
I donno... eBay Two auctions. Amazon Two used. Novint New, obviously. Novint will have the best deal this Friday unless you can get a low bid on eBay. Perhaps you could look at this list on Google.
I've been itching to buy one of these since I lost against John in the 1vs1 falcon vs mouse tournament. Im eyeballing the site in search of that black friday deal. It's an absolute steal. some l4d 1 gameplay heres a pretty good review this turtle is fucking heavy
It seems like it'd be a LOT harder to point and click on things than a mouse. Maybe even a controller.
god damnit all these deals and no money...
I really want to buy one of these but $66 shipping? FUCK THAT.
It seems like it'd be a LOT harder to point and click on things than a mouse. Maybe even a controller.
You'd be surprised actually. It does take practice but you get used to it. We got some pretty good snipers. Once you get the hang of it it certainly isn't any harder than a mouse or controller. Our last rounds in the 6v6 Falcon vs. mouse contest had the Falcons winning with 6 to 2.
The force feedback seems cool. But it seems like it could fuck up your aim pretty bad. Especially say in those css servers that have the recoil from being shot already on and pretty high. The force feedback with this would make it way to much.

The videos have them turned up high so you can see the movement. There is quite a bit you can tweak. I manually changed my turn settings higher (edited the CFG file). full recoil with awp on css :D
The pistol grip works perfectly. I use it and I have somewhat short fingers. Heck even my little brothers can use it. Some pics real quick.
