Nothing to see here.[/QUOTE]
Probably billions of them in the actual universe
How do you get the screenshots on the planets surface? when I try to do that I just pass through the planet.
Slow your velocity down so you can zoom right in to the surface. Mousewheel by default I believe
Shift+g goes to the surface

Can someone give me a guide of something on how to do this? I have over 70 images of this game and I'd like to share some.
Is it just me or he didn't fix jack shit regarding the run out of memory issue? 0.94 crashes even more than 0.93 for me :(

Maybe its your computer. Try updating your video drivers?

Just find a image upload site of your choice (madcat suggested a good one above your post) and upload the pictures. I'm sticking with Photobucket, cause I can post thumbnails.

The first image, those dark lines are shadows of the rings of the planet in the last picture
resolved ....
anyway it seems i can't use fullscreen mode and for windowed i need to resize once to see something ... weird
I find it really hard to move the camera.
But still, this is awesome!
Fun fact: If you look up at the night sky on a planet with a decent atmosphere, you can actually see the stars twinkling! :buddy:
[editline]11th June 2011[/editline]
You will have to zoom in slightly, though.

I'm thinking DX11 or Windows 7 is causing it.
Have you tried updating your drivers?

A desert planet and its moon very close to a red giant.

I hoped this update would fix the random crashes though.

Or HD5XXX series?
My drivers are up to date too. i cant really use space engine right now :saddowns:
I get a black screen when starting the program, what gives? I do see the cursor though, and it appears to be reacting to my input, no way to know for sure since all I see is the cursor.
I have a 4870x2 on win7x64
This is both fullscreen and windowed, no dice either way.
Also my card gets louder when I open the window, so it's definitely doing something.
36 minutes until SPACE
