You realize you can make new threads for a reason, right?
it'll almost certainly be overflowed by people who aren't women, :v it's not really a question of whether you can, but whether you should. i dunno i'm not even thinking right now
silk pajamas do better in that aspect
You normally can't wear silk pyjamas in public.
is that why I've been getting strange looks? Huh who knew.
You normally can't wear silk pyjamas in public.
yea, thats why i usually wear them to bed. combine that with like 3 blankets, and 8 pillows and you've got something reeeeally comfy
You normally can't wear silk pyjamas in public.
Yeah but thigh-highs are really just as unpractical. I understand why you all like them but honestly I think once you fully transition you'll have a hard time fitting them into your wardrobe.

And if you do, can I live with you? I'll just hide away in a small confined space with internet connection and you just need to leave occassional offerings of sugary things. Besides, even this thread's regulars are only very loosely connected by a few common interests. Making a "Girls Only Thread- No Icky Boys Allowed" group would just be redundant with people going off to more specific and less exclusive thread for their interests. Or I just have a desire to make all gender thingies equal or unisex.
definitely my house is an oven in the summer but at night i cant resist using tons of blankets, it'll be the death of me
definitely my house is an oven in the summer but at night i cant resist using tons of blankets, it'll be the death of me
I have the same problem.
I just want my house to be cold all the time, the cold is much more bearable then heat
The great and almighty Samantha is back =D It's been far too long since I've been around.
who are you
who are you
Someone who hasn't posted here in quite awhile. Since late 2010 or early 2011 I think.
who are you
I was in these parts around 2010-2011 I believe, some people might know who I am.
I was in these parts around 2010-2011 I believe, some people might know who I am.
How was the cave?
It wasn't as comfortable as I imagined.
there's no girl chat to be found anywhere
Probably for good reason. It'd be flooded with so many retards going "Get back in the kitchen LOL!!!!", "PICS PLS" and shit it wouldn't even be funny or worth it. Anyway sorry for not posting much lately, kind of had troubles at home and haven't really thought about posting much due to it lol. (also I'm not trans so things about transitioning won't apply to me)
It wasn't as comfortable as I imagined.
Oh well, I bet you got lots of work done at least. Gave you time to think and get away from it all too.
I'm starting to believe that we make up 75% of sockdreams' customers.
Those Yank jerks are back in my Changeling game, this time I'm just being all sunny for no reason.

Makes me happy that I've always tended to dress practically and ignored most norms. Side-effect of growing up with a hardcore feminist and anarchist mother, being in a nature-loving family and having small-scale farming as a part of her everyday life, I suppose.
;36918976'] What makes them impractical? (also I'm not trans so things about transitioning won't apply to me)
You can't really wear them with much.
I've always loved wearing guys clothing. Especially shirts and t-shirts that are cut to fit men. Girls tops tend to have very annoying seam's and fit very tight. I like to be able to move around as I like without my shirt holding me back. I feel way more sexy without having to hold back in fear of breaking the clothes. And I can't even express how much I hate skirts and dresses.

And I can't even express how much I hate skirts and dresses.
I dislike dresses and skirts because it's harder to fight in time without flashing everyone and they make my legs feel vulnerable. But given preparation and anonymity, I wouldn't hesitate to put one on. Guy clothing is ok for me, it's protecting as much as cloth can protect, won't hold up against zombie bites but I can't wear biking leathers or chainmail or whatever all the time. And honestly, I'm not THAT paranoid about being attacked or having to traverse dangerous environments.
I dislike dresses and skirts because it's harder to fight in time without flashing everyone and they make my legs feel vulnerable.
It's the same here. You get so limited because of the fear of flashing someone. You have to be consious about every fucking move you make. Tomboy forevah. (although, I love my heels.)

(although, I love my heels.)
Then again, I would love to be so uninhibited about my sexuality. Well, no-one said I had to choose to be either as chaste as a nun or the village bicycle. You can wear skirts one day and trousers the next. All goes back to me being a mass of contradictions and not knowing what I really want.
it's not sexuality its a way to dress.
it's not sexuality its a way to dress.
How about being comfortable with showing of one's body in a provocative way?
How about being comfortable with showing of one's body in a provocative way?
looking skimpy/slutty? i dunno i don't think i'd hold you in very high regard if you're all for showing off your body.
