That's a really cool video :D
oh god i was at the bar and i passed to everyone who interacted with me well. first time i was just silently smoking with my two friends (girls) and some guy came to hit on one of my friends and he was referring to us three as ladies and then second time i was smoking again and someone came to ask for light and then i opened my mouth and he was like "oh you were a guy" and then i was like "thanks, i prefer the first impression" [editline]25th August 2012[/editline] I'm still waiting for my violin to arrive.
Yeah, the voice is integral to passing. I'm glad I've gotten really good with mine.
well. i just sound like a faggot when i talk, imo thats fine for now considering im not even on hormones. though i cant practice my voice now as im at the psychiatric ward :v (implying me talking to myself would change anything)
Dear everyone in this thread. I love each and everyone one of you. I wish you luck on whatever journey you're on. <3
Yeah, the voice is integral to passing. I'm glad I've gotten really good with mine.
Voice is the one thing I never could get a hang of and everything's falling apart without that one piece.

Agreed on the voice. I'm hoping that at some point I can afford to see a specialist about vocal training. Tho, there are a few good vids on youtube I could checkout. I just never get much privacy to practise these days. Sharing a house with many people can be pretty awkward. In other news, I came out to my family and also to my friends later on my facebook. Everyone was really accepting and it's such a huge confidence boost! Thank you all for being the driving force behind my progression to womanhood. I hope the rest of the road will be smooth and I wish all the same to you all.

Also thanks. I'm glad there are nice people around.
Hi guys. I stopped bothering with changing my attire and external looks/voice entirely, because I like what I am now. Me. I'm fine with being androgynous simply in mind :)

The confidence boost is awesome, I know the feeling. :)
Also lol @ lotusking.)
why don't people realize that calling them out/giving a reaction is what they want :l
I've been thinking a lot and I realised I dont really feel like a boy or girl. I feel like both, dunno if that makes sense, but it feels nice to find out more about yourself. I don't know if there's anything I can actually do about it but I haven't really been depressed about it so I guess that's good. I felt happier about it since people I told were completely fine with it :3
Have you considered that you might be bigender/androgynous?
Could be bigender, agender, or genderqueer.
A hermaphrodite has the sex organs of typically male and female sexes, so, unless you're intersex, that's not really accurate. You sound more genderqueer to me. But you can identify as what ever you like.
Oh my god. Where have been. I feel connected to this thread even though I don't crossdress. I still like crossdressers
Your thread?
Oops typo
How does one go about buying clothes of the opposite gender.. im nervous about it. its probably time for me to stop snatching my sisters skirts and legsocks and such... she knows that I do but yeah..
hey i just learned one of my friends is a crossdresser but it's hard for me to accept him and i find it weird. how can i get over that and treat it like any other fetish?
hey i just learned one of my friends is a crossdresser but it's hard for me to accept him and i find it weird. how can i get over that and treat it like any other fetish?
Just realize it doesnt affect you in any adverse way. It's their life and their choice and you don't have to think about it ever again. If anything, with a world of so many bigots, you should be happy knowing your friend trusts you to tell you that. Also its not always a fetish. Sometimes its just a comfort/lifestyle thing. They may just enjoy dressing in the clothes without any sexual appeal.
I've been thinking a lot and I realised I dont really feel like a boy or girl. I feel like both, dunno if that makes sense, but it feels nice to find out more about yourself.
How does one go about buying clothes of the opposite gender.. im nervous about it. its probably time for me to stop snatching my sisters skirts and legsocks and such... she knows that I do but yeah..
I get around it by buying online.
I know that thats why i said i cant do anything about it :x
Personally I use Genderqueer as a umbrella term for all non-binary identities. Works rather well as most of the gq people I know do so as well. One of them has described something similar. Ze (choosing a neutral pronoun at random as I always speak to hir in Swedish) originally thought that ze was a FtM, but later thought something like "Why must I be only one of them?". What ze identifies as I do not know further, as ze just says genderqueer.
I know that thats why i said i cant do anything about it :x
Hermaphrodite = physical Bigender= both or one or the other from time to time Androgynous/agender = Neither, or somewhere in the middle
Stupid phone isnt letting me quote. I think the best way to get clothes for the opposite gender are second hand stores. I personally redid my whole wardrobe in about a month and it didnt even cost me much. Going around second hand or charity stores should be easier and you wouldnt be as nervous as i you were.in a store in the female clothes department as the clothes are mixed up. also if you dont dare.to try something on you can just buy it. it cost you 2 euros so who cares if it dont fir just throw it out. you will eventually learn to see if the clothes you look at fit you or not. also its good practice on not being nervous in clothesshops. in the end who cares what you are.buying and anyway they think you propably are getting it for someone else. so your friend crossdresses? be honest and reply. how does it affect you? it doesnt. let em do whatever they feel like. if you cant support him just dont make it a big deal and make a problem out.of it. sorry if i sounded harsh i dont mean it that way.
Clothing? Ebay is your friend. Just make sure you know what size you fit into first. Also, check out physical stores that have sales, then check online. The reason for this is that many shops don't allow you to try them on during this period and forbid refunds. So people who have bought these unfitting clothes go to Ebay to try and flog them.
Thrift stores.
Thrift stores.
i always buy/try on clothes at thrift stores and no ones ever said anything to me about it.
