Eeeeek! Girls. Why are you posting pics of your tits? D:
Have you no decency?
Because we can. :D
Only on things they like. Bringing up trans and you'll see where they start to crack.
Pretty much this. For example, every time there's a news thread about marijuana, everyone jumps on and defends it as much as they can. But when a trans news thread appears, all the "liberal" bigots jump up and only a tiny amount of people defend it.
Why does everyone always act like Texas is full of bigots, christ. We're not the Southeast, we're actually fairly liberal. I'm in Texas, doing just fine. The only difference here is that we don't have any physicians that will give hormones to under 18s because of lawsuit fears. Which sucks, but everything else is the same as everywhere else in the Western World.
While there certainly are liberal areas in Texas (like Austin), to call Texas as a state 'fairly liberal' is quite inaccurate.
More liberal than some other countries.
Texas is cool state.

In terms of the general opinion of the population, they can be quite liberal on social issues. Politically and economically we tend to lean towards the conservatives, but we're liberal in this regard generally speaking.
People misjudge our state because our most prominent modern figurehead is George W. Bush, and we're improperly categorized with our neighbors to the east, but we're not like them in many aspects.
Texas is one of my favorite states. it's better than all/most of the states east of it.
Oregon is best hands down.
Canada is the best state.

On another note I think I might be starting to go bald. My dad started balding at around my age too ;-;
Oregon snows at the best times.
I was thinking about trying to go out in public with this outfit.
I'm not sure if I should.
I'm scared to do it.
Meep.
What do you all think? :/

Depends. If you're super courageous, why not. It also depends on how you look. The only reason I wouldn't go out like that would be because I'd think everyone would think I was just a really gay man. ;-;

Oh jeez that would be worse than my balding cousin at 22.
Hope your genes don't make you bald early. D: I'm sure they won't though, just because a relative does.

She'll be fine when she's on HRT. Spiro prevents baldness, it's even used as a remedy for it.

My papa's hair is pretty thin (he's just shaved it close to his head) and his dad is pretty much hairless (on his head at least). I hope to god I have the hair genes of my mother, her dad still has a gorgeous head of hair at his age.
:ohdear: I'm having a mid-life crisis crisis.

Mine too. But:

I've had no problems at all so far. I'm 21.

Aww, hun. D:
If you're gonna start HRT I guess it wouldn't matter. I've had a talker at a trans event on campus, and she was over 60! And he has a lovely hat of hair!
Oregon snows at the best times.
Which Oregon do you live in? :v:
Portland rarely snows where I live. Although we've gotten snow twice this year. Hasn't stuck for long though.
Shaved hair (Or even baldi) is a fine look. Unless you're really fat.
bruce willis pulls it off magically.

HRT is sounding more and more attractive to me, but I'm not gonna make a decision like that right now. I'll see if I still wanna do it by next year or so, then I'll see if I can get it.
there are 2 oregons??
Do you know what a joke is? The :v: in my post signifies I was joking, not that hard to figure out. Then again, this is you of all people so of course it wouldn't exactly be easy.
Um right. don't need to over-react lol
sorry if i dont "Oregon" elite humor. :v:

I'm kinda fat and I am absolutely terrified of going bald. It wouldn't look good imo.

So you're socially liberal, but almost always elect Republicans (as of the modern two-party system), haven't legalized same-sex unions of any kind, and haven't criminalized transgender discrimination the same way as other forms of discrimination? Forgive me if that sounds less that socially liberal. Again, there are certainly parts that are more liberal, because it is a big state, but calling the whole state that is flat-out inaccurate when you look at the polls and the laws of it.

I live in the only place around Portland where the snow sticks and freezes every other week or two.

Poll results, laws, and political figures don't reflect the social views of of a population in a republican system. We don't decide issues such as the legality of same-sex unions, our politicians do. And our politicians are mostly strongly conservative, and are voted in because of our general views on economics and foreign relations. It has no reflection whatsoever on our social views.
I'm not too scared about going bald as my dad isn't but my grand-dad is and my dad is always saying it will skip a generation and get me! So I have so much hair I can put it up in bunches
