So yesterday a dude came to my girlfriends house and asked if they had seen his puppy, normal behavior right? Well when her dad said no, he just got in his truck and left - didn't leave a number or stop at any other house.
Today, her aunt got a letter saying that there was a guy who was going around asking if people had seen his dog and kidnapping them.
Some people have no morals, are fucked up, and don't deserve life. It's scary how close my girlfriend was to being a potential statistic.

I'm confused. Does the man kidnap stray dogs or entire families?
I'm confused. Does the man kidnap stray dogs or entire families?
the fellow kidnapped people.
the fellow kidnapped people.
So the man would kidnap an entire family? Or does he specifically target women?
I don't understand why the kidnapper would kidnap specifically a woman he does not know is there when there is only a man saying no to his question.
Also why kidnap people who see a dog that isn't there?
I feel like I've really misunderstood the post because I'm incredibly lost.

as far as the post went, I think he specifically targets women, probably those who are alone at home. I think he left because the dad told him he hadn't seen anything, probably seeing no readily available target. The lost dog is probably the excuse he picked to gain access.

Ah, well that makes far more sense then. Thanks for clearing things up.
My girlfriend got mad at me because I told her I cursed a few times at the concert. Since I'm in lower Alabama, she was raised to believe that cursing (for no reason) is horrible. I just told her I got caught up in the mood, because it was my first concert and something I'd never experienced before, but she still said it was very bad and she was mad at me. I told her I was sorry and that I promised I would never do it again and she forgave me, but I feel so bad about it. I shouldn't have told her in the first place.
Now that my Xbox 360 Kinect is shipping to my place, I now have to research about a dozen random fight/action scenes in films for my SFM projects AND do a journal essay for my Mythology course. On top of that, contact other animators on Steam to jump on board for a collab. Forgot how tedious and time consuming this will become. I'm hoping that tomorrow's snow doesn't interrupt my delivery.
Community Warfare in MWO is fucking garbage. Every single game I play is against full teams of premades and we get wrecked literally every time. It pisses me off I can't enjoy this game because all I can play and do half well is the generic deathmatch modes.

i'll just brush it off, i'm sure as she gets older she'll be more tolerant of it (i'm 19 and she's 17)

My wife doesn't curse, I do. She gets after me sometimes if I overdo it, especially since we have a 2 year old and another on the way, but she never gets like super mad at me for it. If she (your lady) really likes/loves you (I don't know how long you've been together so I don't know if love applies yet) she'll tolerate it. There's give and take, but she probably shouldn't be making you feel that terrible for swearing, especially if she's guilting you so hard that you feel the need to confess to doing it when she's not around like you cheated on her or something. That's kinda unhealthy.
i think my mom isn't taking her medication

I kind of overstated it, I just told her that because I was being playful. She got a little mad at me because "I shouldn't do that stuff", but a few minutes later she forgave me and we were back to normal. It's been 1.5 years with her, so love definitely applies. I kind of overreacted (just because I felt like she's trying to make me be someone I'm not), but now I know that's definitely not the case, and now I know that I can still be like that, just not around her, and when it's appropriate (like a thrashy concert, where I did it).

1.5 years with her
so she could have been 15 and you could have been 18
my squick alarm is alarming
Update: she thought I was being "that guy" at the concert, e.g. just yelling "SHIT FUCK DICK ASS FUCK YEAH" every 5 minutes. It was a misunderstanding, and she understands now and is okay with it.
Also, I started dating her when I was 17, and she was 16. Age of consent in AL is 16.
not sure i've ever been to a concert with that guy
not sure i've ever been to a concert with that guy
That was hyperbole, but there was actually a guy (who was drunk and got kicked out) who was just yelling "FUCK YEAH" to literally everyone in the audience, individually. Weird.
I just got $300 stolen from me. I guess I can forget about upgrading my PC for a while
I have 3 straight days of 12 hour shifts and my best friend is heading back to school 8 hours away.
People getting away with shit because they're better at manipulating people.
I hate living in an upstairs room in a house with one downstairs thermostat. If the bottom floor drops below 68F, everyone is freezing while I'm comfy up here. Because nobody downstairs thinks to wear a sweater, it gets upped to 70F, which while that doesn't seem like much, it forces the heating to basically be permanently on due to air leaks. That 2 degree difference is enough to make my room hit the high 70s to mid 80s, just outside of what's good for sleeping. I had nights where I had to open a window to vent some heat so I could sleep. Luckily I only need to deal with this until i transfer to a uni (living at home to save money).
Ha, headmaster says we can't go out to watch the eclipse. Stuff him; the moment it turns slightly dark I am busting out of class with my glasses
[editline]20th March 2015[/editline]
I am not waiting another decade and a half for such a magnificent event, especially not one of such quality
UPDATE: Managed to see it and get some decent pictures of it. Only so far you can go with iPad camera but still. Will post laters
When I was walking home this Red Bull branded car was pulled up by the curb and the occupants were handing out free Red Bulls. I didn't know they were free at the time so I passed on by but then later on my brother told me they were free and I was left wanting.
When people blatantly interrupt me, goddamn.
Not meaning, like, when a person walks in from another room and doesn't see that I'm talking, that's not what I mean.
What I mean is when I'm talking to somebody, and the person who is sitting right fucking there decides it's the perfect time to strike up a conversation of their own.
Double points if the person I was talking to ignores me to talk to the other.
Not once, but twice yesterday, I had a "y-you too..." moment while I was at work and chatting with people while they were heading home. Fuck dude, this never happens to me.
Walmart's parking lot has been laden with spaghetti.

I got pretty disappointed with the whole eclipse thing here. Clouds so thick everywhere you couldn't even see the sun or it getting darker at any point. Was pretty hyped for it as well. Stupid danish weather always cloudy as fuck when you need it to be clear
And then someone decided to take my magazine that I brought along as it contained some pretty nice stuff about the whole eclipse thing. Sure, I could understand if someone wanted to read it.. like, borrow it, but when everyone left for the day I didn't get it back nor did the person put it back where they took it from. I wasn't even done reading it yet.
