I'm an atheist myself, but I can't stand other atheist elitists that look down on any religious person and think that they're superior to anyone with a belief.
Personally I think that while you can't prove God's existence, you can't really disprove it either. Therefore, it's a BELIEF, and there's nothing wrong with that. Just because you believe in something doesn't mean you're dumb.
It's the same atheists that complain about the religious people that force their beliefs upon other people. I wouldn't mind them complaining about that, if not for the fact that THEY DO THE EXACT SAME THING THEMSELVES. Hypocrites. I think there are more smug atheists on the internet than the actual annoying religious people.
honestly you sound more agnostic than atheist.
i think this applies to just about anyone though - i'll respect anyone's beliefs or personality until they try and flaunt it and shove it down others' throats.
I'm just gonna snip this
Secretly, I prejudge any black person before I even meet them. I'm not proud of this.
Whenever I see a server or forum mod/admin I immediately dislike them because they are a mod/admin
It bothers me that people major in things like art, fine art, philosophy etc.

honestly i take huge offense to you throwing philosophy into that list. i don't think you realize how crucial philosophy is to science. all of our methods of scientific observation originated from philosophy.
a lot of people have this mentality that philosophy majors are failures pursuing a useless degree and that it's a useless field. i really wish people knew what it was and understood its significance.
Art too. Think of everything you see - movies, TV shows, billboards, magazines, even computers and furniture - were all made or designed by someone with a liberal arts degree. Everyone makes the joke that they're all gonna be working at Starbucks, but they don't seem to realize how important they are.
There is a part of me that believes Homosexuality is unnatural, for it does not work to conceive children.
neither does fellatio but that wont stop you from happily accepting a bj

i love philosophy but that doesnt stop me from accepting that it's an academic blackhole that occasionally vomits out something useful
I hate spoiled and uncultured people, I want to show them what the real world is like. And people that say they're poor when they are actually well off.
Jesus, a lot of people here serious problems, and should really go and get involved with the outside world, instead of sitting inside and getting all mad at people enjoying themselves.
Also, I'm not in any way homophobic but seeing men kiss kind of creeps me out, it just feels weird. Also transsexuals creep me out too a bit
I don't mind gays and lesbians (seeing two girls kiss doesn't creep me out :quagmire:) and I'm tolerant of anybody's sexuality but I don't know why but it's just slightly unsettling to me.

I feel the same way. I was playing some ME3 Multiplayer with a few pals and one guy I just met said he had to pick up his boyfriend is a couple of minutes. While a little shocked to hear, I was completely ok with it.

I guess it just takes a bit of getting used to
i mean even as a bisexual I had to get over the initial "wait men kissing men is weird" thing
I am uncomfortable around black people. That sort of "Don't say-do-act offensively in anyway. Don't be racist don't be racist dontberacistgoddamnit" kind of uncomfortable.
Doesn't help that I work at a food place, and black people only ever order fried chicken. Not even kidding. Mix this with my habit of, to speed things up, figure out beforehand who ordered what even if it was by phone order (Often, you can more or less tell a person's taste in food by age, gender and general looks). I can't just come up every time there's a black person and say "Here's your order of a shitton of fried chicken, good Sir", even though it would be correct every time.
I'm always afraid of saying nigger; this is the same reason I hate being in airports. I find that I'm far more prone to saying the word "bomb" while in an airport.
Patrick Bateman is my role model, minus the whole blood lust problem. I'd just love to be at the top looking down.
I really honestly don't like over 70% of Facepunch's population.

so you'd like to be an emotional void fighting day after day to keep a thin facade maintained rather than just enjoy life as you are??
sucks to be you dude
I think trannies are fucking disgusting.
I hate children and horses.
Children are just fucking dumb. I'm not used to something not being intelligent when I try and talk to it. Plus they are always vying for attention.
Horses, well, I just plain old don't like them. They look, weird.

Tell me about it, I have black friends and family members.
Non of them act differently though. I'm not going to lie, a lot of black people act different from white people. It's their cultural identity.
And about the fried chicken, most stereotypes are based in truth.
I'm homophobic; I don't hate gay people, and I have nothing against them but they terrify me.
I never understood "black people like fried chicken"
fuckin EVERYONE loves fried chicken

a year ago I discovered that my teacher was gay, he said it in a completely random manner that I had not expected, but he's a cool teacher so all's well
I'm really modest to people, but I really want to be an asshole.
I can hardly understand why everyone here hates unintelligent people so much, anymore. Half the time, I actually feel sympathy for them due to the large amounts of flaming they may have received or their lack of ability to function well on the smarter side of the internet, but that's probably only because the ones on the internet and some others in real life don't attack me constantly or that some of them they're just misinformed about some things.

I would much rather be that and I agree, it does suck to be me.

I feel sorry for the ones that actually try and fail, but so many don't even try to begin with.
The ones that don't want to be smart or well mannered or those other kind virtues that an individual should have, those are the ones I hate. They don't even make an effort.
