This one gave me the chills and I wanted to stop reading, but couldn't -Long story snipped-
The story didn't scare me at all! It seemed way over the top and fake and the plot holes really pulled me out of the story. If he was "cleansed" every day with steel wool and bleach how did people not notice, especially since she scrubbed his face and he seems undamaged from the scrubbing. Also I seriously doubt the man's dong was big enough to singlehandedly prevent his corpse sliding down the laundry shoot. If the kid never had anything to do with any extracurricular activities, I doubt he would be allowed to play any sports... so how did he just magically lift the dead weight of a fully grown man into a drier... Urgh! He also states that he's a fucked up kid, so he obviously is self aware and has some sort of moral compas yet he just goes batshit anyway going on about stuff being unclean like he isn't aware that he's screwed up. Arrghgghhhhh!!!
Ok, sorry it was a bit stupid to point something like that out. Im sorry
Thank you.
Okay this is not some shitty videogame creepypasta. Its a shitty ghost story: In Finland we have this urbanlegend about a mailman who had a deadly accident while doing his job. He was running down the stairs in an apartment house during a night. Carrying lots of newspapers in his other hand and the keys to the house in the other, he was speeding down the stairs so that he would get the job done in time. His shoes though were slippery (because of snow) and he fell down the stone stairs breaking his neck. He bled to death while unconsious. The people who lived in the house said that they heard some moaning from the stairs for a short period of time. No one bothered to go check. The body of a dead mailman was found the next morning. Ever since during the nights, an echoing chain of very loud footsteps are heard from the stairs to the apartments of the house, a noise where someone rapidly runs down the stairs as if in hurry. The steps are so loud that people often wake up to the noise. Also the old elevator doors were slammed together so loudly that the janitor was forced to upgrade them to close automatically and more silently. The janitor complained about this to the post company. He though always got the same response: "Its not any of our guys. No one in that apartment house has had a subscription for a newspaper for ages." Roughly translated to english. Give me a break im tired
i told you about the stairs bro
can someone just reassure me I'm gonig insane like everyone knows the creepypasta by now; guy in a hotel/motel/whatever, hears noises in a nearby room, peeks through door keyhole or whatever and just sees something red, then he later hears a ghost story from someone at the front desk about a ghost with red eyes or something in the strange room everyone keeps locked can someone find like a wiki article that talks about that story, preferrably pointing out story origins. I'm sure it's an age-old tale from before the internet, but it's still kind of weird. I was digging through my crappy old deviant art scraps and found a piece of writing, I honestly don't remember even doing it, but from the description I was awake real late at night and acting kinda loopy. Judging by the grammar/redundancies/terrible lack of flow to my story, I'm pretty sure I was totally out of it. Thing is, it's more or less that old story, but I never really went anywhere but deviant art and facepunch back then, and it definitely predates me ever finding this creepy things thread series... so I'm not sure where I would have heard it. Judging by the description I left, I thought it was a totally original concept too. Feels silly reading back into it, but it bothers me a little that I don't remember anything of writing this. Quoth me, apparently, "I think I was dreaming half of this up in a dream and typing it as it went".
This thread is getting inactive. I found something
*play* bbbwwAAAAAA--
nope

Judging by all the legit gore pictures in the site, I guess the Chinese girl impaled on a roasting stick above a fire IS REAL TOO? FOR FUCK SAKE, WHY? [editline]31st December 2011[/editline] Also, you guys remember the Metalosis Maligna video someone posted earlier? I dreamed that I had metal rods growing out of my feet. They were growing pretty fast too, had to remove them all the time. Shit was disturbing.
late as fuck reply, but it's not a real murder scene the asian's head has been shopped on, the original is a white girl and it's just a fetish picture.
Does anyone remember the pasta where a girl and her boyfriend are in a car, and they wake up to in a desert and the girl thinks she's being watched the entire time? I've been looking for it for ages and I couldn't find it in the last thread.
I prefer this.
I love the way Silent Hill made its soundtrack. Really sounds like something from hell or something. [editline]3rd January 2012[/editline] If I were alone at that airport I'd flip a shit if I heard that.
So i recently watched a film on NetFlix called "Visions Of Suffering" its a Russian film, very hard to describe, probably even harder to watch. heres a small sample for the film, honestly, you may not even find it that creepy or weird, but surreal is definitely a good word to describe it
anyone got anything with creepy black birds wearing hats?
So uh, I made a Skyrim creepy pasta today: "V05C.esp" Constructive criticism appreciated, I'll tweak the story a bit too from time to time.
i like, it, but the sudden jump from somwhat realistic to "this information will literally make you go insane" makes it seem a tad absurd, and therefore a less creepy [editline]3rd January 2012[/editline]
can someone just reassure me I'm gonig insane like everyone knows the creepypasta by now; guy in a hotel/motel/whatever, hears noises in a nearby room, peeks through door keyhole or whatever and just sees something red, then he later hears a ghost story from someone at the front desk about a ghost with red eyes or something in the strange room everyone keeps locked can someone find like a wiki article that talks about that story, preferrably pointing out story origins. Anyone have a link to that Godzilla creepypasta?
Y'know, i kinda wished it ended differently, dont get me wrong, that ending and the story as a whole was fantastic, but i think it would've been alot more eerier if there was no sort of true paranormal entity, that the whole thing really was just this one guy going insane due to his own paranoia fantastic read either way tho
Did you not understand it? He went insane and he was in an insane asylum, but he refused to believe it.
Did you not understand it? He went insane and he was in an insane asylum, but he refused to believe it.
It probably says a lot that you could argue that he was genuinely being deceived by some weird monster; much like actual paranoia, the basis for the madness is normally solid enough that whenever you begin to doubt your suspicions revalations and rationalizations pour in like water bursting through a ship hull. So I guess it's up to the reader to make their own decisions on whether the nararator is crazy or not. I doubt even the story's author knows.
Did you not understand it? He went insane and he was in an insane asylum, but he refused to believe it.
"The doctor read the paper the patient had scribbled on. It was barely readable, written in the shaky script of one who could not see. He wanted to smile at the man’s steadfast resolve, a reminder of the human will to survive, but he knew that the patient was completely delusional. After all, a sane man would have fallen for the deception long ago. The doctor wanted to smile. He wanted to whisper words of encouragement to the delusional man. He wanted to scream, but the nerve filaments wrapped around his head and into his eyes made him do otherwise. His body walked into the cell like a puppet, and told the patient, once more, that he was wrong, and that there was nobody trying to deceive him. " sounds p. fucking paranormal to me
I'm pretty sure pouring bleach all over your body isn't going to clean shit but will definitely fuck you up.
Damn, that was creepy, especially in a place as grey and rainy as Ireland. Excuse me being stupid, but what exactly is the deceiver supposed to be, I don't get this bit
It means that there actually WAS an entity that was controlling everyone.
This was an amazing read.
The ending was bullshit tho. And he ruined it with the [sp]"ITS ALIVE AND ESTABLISHES A MENTAL LINK".[/sp] You could've just explained it differently, and [sp] the "conversations" between Red and the monsters are just plain stupid and crap.[/sp] He planned to stop around chapter 5, but people loved it so much he milked it out and now he even plans for a sequel.
The story was good, but it kind got killed when it did the whole " The game knows my past".
[hd]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ToCq_c3wOM8&feature=player_embedded&noredirect=1[/hd] Related to this, the first time I saw "The Thing" (1982) and heard the roars/screams from the alien, man that scared the shit outta me. IMO the sounds couldn't have been better, they still creep the fuck out of me.

Anyone here ever played the game Fragile Dreams: Farewell Ruins of the Moon? This was the game that made my friends and I creeped out by abandoned establishments. You play as a very sugoi bishonen called Seto in the post-apocalyptic shit hole wasteland of the world where arms come out of walls and mirrors, old ladies like pincushions attack you with needles, androids break dance and zap you, screaming robots, and the only ones left in the world are dying. And all you can use to explore is a flashlight. You get weapons later on BUT THEY DON'T HELP. Doesn't sound creepy? Look at this guy. This is the merchant you buy health restoring items and weapons from. I don't know if he officially has a name. I call him 'The Chicken Man' Yeah there's also a theme park. What apocalyptic game would be one without a fucking carnival. The game's had a lot of bad reviews because the ending is SHIT and a huge cliffhanger and there probably won't be sequel and you can finish the game in about 6 hours. Yeah I'm terrible at descriptions. EDIT: FUCK THE PICTURE OF THE CHICKEN MAN. Google it yourselves. :v:
A what?
You play as a young boy. The game's graphics are anime-like.
