My parents scared me and criticized me for drinking 2-3 liters of water a day spread out.
It's only dangerous if you drink it all at once, I drink it slowly throughout the day. Or atleast I thought.
But I guess even still that's dangerous and your organs can get soft and prolapse or something.
So fuck. Im not sure if they're trying to scare me and lie to me like they do, or if they're genuinley concerned.
Because they've made up bullshit to me before because they dont support me wanting to lose weight.
I eat 300-1000 calories a day and drink a shitload of water. I'm supposed to eat 1,200 to maintain my weight but if I want to lose weight gradually I cut out maybe 200 cals. My parents made up some bullshit and said "no ur supposed to eat 2,000 calories a day." no... no I'm not. That's how I gain weight not lose weight.
I feel the reason I am so skinny, I'm like 6 foot 3 inches and like 130-140 pounds, is because I drink only water, and sometimes tea or coffee. Sugary drinks are just unnecessary, and are overall a big health problem at least in the US. Also in terms of calorie intake, eat what your body needs, and don't try to hit some magic number. If you only eat when your body tells you to, you will be ultimately healthier.
In a perfect world, people wouldn't need anything.
That's at least a perfect world according to North Korea.
to clarify tho 2-3 liters of water is probably fine
being overhydrated is a thing but you gotta drink a lot for it to be super damaging
You could easily sleep in a tent and eat clean food from dumpsters.
Money is only for luxury.
I have seen several hobo's with smartphones and new looking clothes, I'm starting to wonder if there isn't some rich guy going around giving shit away to homeless people.

Yea it is like multiple liters an hour iirc.

eating the right things is more important than eating "When you body tells you"
the same amount of food can be 100 or 1000 calories so that's not an ideal way to make sure you're doing things properly
the reason i'm so skinny is because i have a fast metabolism. i'm a super unhealthy eater, and i almost never drink water
I have seen several hobo's with smartphones and new looking clothes, I'm starting to wonder if there isn't some rich guy going around giving shit away to homeless people.
Might be just them keeping some of their old stuff, might be that aswell.
being underweight can be just as much of a health issue as being overweight
you wanna strive to be a healthy weight in life, whether that's attained via gaining or losing weight

What I mean by when your body tells you also includes what your body tells you to eat. So if you are craving meat, you probably need more protein, so it's a waste to eat something like cake or even kale at that point. But at the same time if your body is craving something like Vitamin A, it will tell you to eat kale, so you should probably do that.

I am technically considered underweight, but all fat gaining programs doctors have tried to give me just make me lose more weight somehow, and I am already very active and stuff so they all say I'm fine.

yea but ideally you're eating a balanced enough diet every day to avoid your body begging you to feed it nutrients
the reason i'm so skinny is because i have a fast metabolism. i'm a super unhealthy eater, and i almost never drink water
fix that now while your body is forgiving of your habits. metabolisms don't last forever, and poor habits will catch up with you super fast.

nobody's perfect, and god forbid someone forget to eat their daily intake of something like zinc
I have seen several hobo's with smartphones and new looking clothes, I'm starting to wonder if there isn't some rich guy going around giving shit away to homeless people.
what are u implying
Might be just them keeping some of their old stuff, might be that aswell.
Possibly. Although the people I've seen have the look that they have been homeless for a long time before they got those items. Still, I toss whatever spare change I have in the cups. Sometimes give banknotes if I'm doing good with money that month.
nobody's perfect, and god forbid someone forget to eat their daily intake of something like zinc
ok? ???
that's why i said ideally
also if u can tell when ur body needs zinc that's super impressive
yea but ideally you're eating a balanced enough diet every day to avoid your body begging you to feed it nutrients
I don't mean wait for your body to beg, but like if you start feeling like "hey I could go for some carrots right now," you should probably eat some carrots and not substitute it for something that has differing nutritional benefits. Because most of the time your body is not going to be like "man I could really go for a twinkie right now" because nutritionally they are very lacking. So like don't starve yourself, but like eat responsibly and smartly.

o then yea
i thought you meant that you should be able to tell at any point exactly what nutrients you need
in the end some people need more assistance than others and that is a-ok
ok? ???

i was picking apart your choice of the word ideally
nobody's going to be able to satisfy their body's needs to where there body is never like "dude could I get some more carbs?"
if you can, that's some impressive tracking and dieting
Found out that my sister's boyfriend's family all believe that vaccines cause autism. They're getting married soon. This will be interesting.

the important question is does your sister's fiance believe that vaccines cause autism?
