The 3D they're talking about is actually pretty cool and adds to the experience rather than being gimmicky and stupid. It basically makes the image look it has depth to it, was amazing in Coraline.
I'll probably try and see this in 3D, even though the only theater showing it in 3D is like 45 minutes away.
Way to assume.
Too bad I don't go to the theater because I can't stand the noisy fucks either. But instead of whining about it like a bitch, I decided to find an alternative.
Yeah, let the rude fucks have the theatre experience to themselves. Fuck it, I'll just settle for a screen that's 200x smaller and a cheap sound system.

Don't need it. I think it's a perfectly rational emotional response and desire.
Seems to be a nice movie.
Since May 29th is coming up, i think it's time to bump it because someone might accidentaly make a thread about it.
Anyways, Here is a Up-episode that pixar made

That looks so gooooood.
I really wanted to see it with the missus next week, but for some shitty reason, it's not coming to the UK until mid-October! What the fuck is up with that? It'll be out on DVD before it hits the cinemas...
Ratatouille is not that old...
Believe me, when you watch it in a big theatre a week before it's released, (My mum works in a TV shifter company, a very successful one. The biggest one in Israel, so we get a few perks) such a great movie, even a month is enough to look back at it and have nostalgia.
"First 3D™ Adventure"
How can they call 3D a trademark?
because 3d tech is owned by a company duh

Was Coraline good? Not because I... ehh... want to see it. It's just, ehh, my little sister wanted to see it!

it was a awesome 3d movie.
it felt like you were watching it in real life no red blue bullshit
Pixar is my secret lover, all 5,000 of the grimy nerds that work there.
The Incredibles - Awful
Ratatouille - Not funny, at all.
WALL-E - Turned it off after 20 minutes.
Wall-e had a more deep message.

Get out, Troll. And take notice of those 129 "bad" ratings.
Can't wait for this.

A desire to brutally murder somebody for interrupting you while watching a movie is perfectly rational?
Wall-e had a more deep message.
There was no fucking deep message, my dad is friends with the guy who fucking wrote the movie, and he has expressed multiple times, publicly and privately, that it wasn't ever an environmental piece. That was just a goddamn plot device.
Jesus Christ people.
I really hated Wall-e. It was fucking dumb. Deep messages or not, if I can't enjoy a movie, I just can't. No messages can help it.
This movie looks little wierd for me. But Pixar have't fail me so far with their movies.

Disney Digital 3D.
this is the first Pixar film to use it, if i'm correct. that, and it was actually made for use with DD3D.

i don't think he said the message was at all related to the environment. there is a message in Wall-E. and honestly, i highly doubt your father knows andrew stanton.

My uncle is Gabe's butt buddy. He said that Gabe told him that Eli didn't actually die in EP2, it was just a plot device.

If Wall-E is dumb, you must be a black hole of anti-intellect.
Andrew Stanton's friend or not. In the audio commentary, Andrew said that Wall-e is not about the enviorment, but is about not doing what you have always done, but instead do what you are meant to (Wall-e's and EVE's love, the humans one the Axiom who doesn't do anything, Auto's extremely coldhearted way of computing the world.)
And as the song at the credits says "Despite what you made for / you're always afraid of the change". I.e. humans do a lot to fall into rutine, something that is actually bad for us.

I'm not joking. My dad was a friend of Andrew's when they were in Cal Arts. Doubt my claims if you wish, but know that you're wrong.

I've met him personally. I live in LA, it's not all that impossible.
I love how there's more unsmilies on the first page than I've ever seen in one place.
