16 years old, out of shape - how should I begin training.

Well.
I'm overweight, but I lose weight easily if I run on a treadmill, the whole point is sticking to it though, which is why I'm still a bit overweight.
Crack some raw eggs into a glass and mix it. Then drink.
Start doing push-ups. I began with 10 in 2007 and now I do 100 twice a day.
Try not to over-do power training at your age, power training is better if you are full-grown. Otherwise you'll fuck your body up, making your self bigger at the expense of becoming taller.
This thing really works, mark my word.
Also try this:

These are quite simple rules, so obey them all in all times.
I have been doing this for three years and here is what I've got:

I'm pretty sure you can lose weight much-much faster, but it can really hurt your health. There is a safety limit of how much you can lose in a month, but I don't remember it. Oh and I'm 17 btw.
I'm 235 lbs and 17 years old. I want to get my stomach and waist down, gonna try this. Maybe if I follow through and it actually spurs results within a month or 2 I'll post pics.
