Why do you have a yahoo search on "why nerds are unpopular" bookmarked?
Book report :v:
That doesn't even begin to make the slightest sense.
That doesn't even begin to make the slightest sense.
Sorry, not a "Book" Report, but a report on the different groups and cliques that inhabit my highschool, and why they mingle together.

Kommie, noting the fact that metal and tele had a match on a modded version of Ziggurat's DTK_bunkerbeach I'm going to guess I can use it.

You should move to Sweden.. [editline]4th February 2011[/editline] Or pretty much anywhere in Scandinavia.
K doing my essay on HL1, I cant think of anything to write, Ive done about the source engines, GFX, Plot and the FPS
Add character/creature design, how the levels are planned out as well as the thoughts behind how the lvels are designed, you can basically god mad on Xen and write some about the border world and why those levels where quite creepy and/or amazing. You can also add some about development process, what ideas Valve had that they scrapped. (Find Half-Life wiki and look up "Mr.Friendly" for shit's and giggles)
Hehe, seen that, Dont see how it looks like a penis though [editline]4th February 2011[/editline] Its only a 500 word essay by the way
You could basically take a some paper and jot down everything you can think of that is relevant, then remove the parts that you fell that you really don't need and prioritize the things you think needs to be in there, then remove parts that aren't very important from the lower prioritized parts. Yes, I do this like, a lot. [editline]4th February 2011[/editline] ITT: School help.

Dunno, I had exams all week that I basically danced through and delivered well written answers and pretty much done a perfect job, so I guess I'm just feeling happy like shit and felt like helping people more. [editline]4th February 2011[/editline] And I got my life in order again, could be something in that.
I posted what I wrote in the divergence mod forums
Why did you post it there? :v:
Cuz I-- look on divergence
The game in which I have chosen to do the essay is the enormously popular Half Life 1, produced and developed by valve software, it was one of the best games of the time due to the incorporation of what was thought to be the best graphics of the time, and one of the games which had the only good plot 1: of the time. Originally released for the PC Windows in 1998 and for the Play Station 2 in 2001. It has 2 different variants, the normal engine, which uses a pre-set death pose rag doll system, no advanced lighting and lower definition models. The other is the game with the GoldSrc engine, A heavily modified version of the engine used for Quake II engine known as ‘Quake World’, This allows the In versed Kinematics rag doll system which identifies a force given to a point on an object or rag doll, and applies them. The Lighting system is more advances by the use of shaders. It also uses a slightly higher definition, which is mostly to do with the lighting system that will cast shadows and bring out things such as wrinkles. The plot revolves around the fictional location of Black Mesa Research Facility in New Mexico, After the main character, Gordon Freeman accidentally lets loose an alien invasion of earth after 2: what is known as “The Resonance cascade”, 3: It freeman then has to fight his way through the facility to a Teleportation chamber, where he is teleported to the 4: aliens home planet, known as Xen. He then has to stop Xens master, the Nihilanth. All the way the mysterious G-Man intervenes and attempts to either stop or accelerate his progress. The G-man’s identity, Alignment and race are never revealed, though the Nihilianth does give multiple hints about him. By the end of the game, you are forced to work for the g-man. The game play is using a First Person perspective on the game, this it to add mystery to Gordon Freeman, whose appearance in never revealed until its 5: sequel, Half Life: Opposing force, briefly. And then fully in Half Life: Blue Shift, though his voice is never revealed to add to the mystery. 6: The models uses only has 6 move points, the torso, head, legs and arms, Though rarely has an extra 4 for the elbows and knees. The player model is actually invisible, only the arms and legs are visible so the player cannot see Gordon. The levels were planned out mostly as a puzzle, having the player use a combination of fighting and puzzle solving skills in order to overcome a problem, 7: most of the time, these levels are indoors in a small, hard to move combat zones, but sometimes are in open spaces to fight in. There are up to 3 different factions in the game, the HECU, Xen forces and the Black mesa personnel. The HECU are based off of the American army, Where the Xen forces are very similar, a dark olive green with 3 arm appendages and multiple eyes, the black mesa forces are based on scientists or security. The reason I like this game is due to the fact that it was one of the revolutionary games, which allowed other games to start to use more advanced mechanics such as advanced rag doll and lighting systems.
1: Try not to repeat a combination words like this in the same sentence. 2: Rolls odd on my tongue, perhaps go with "..after a research experiment gone horribly wrong" 3: What's this doing here? 4: Incorrect, it's not a planet, go with something along the lines of "Teleported to the aliens place or origin in the bizarre border world of Xen " 5: Expansion, not a sequel, a sequel continues a story OF tells a new one along side the original. 6: Runaway sentence, it's out of place and is not on the same subject as the rest of the piece, move it somewhere that makes more sense. 7: Not very useful and I don't see why anyone would care about if the levels are outside or inside in an essay, try telling more about the puzzles or something. That's my opinions anyway. [editline]4th February 2011[/editline] Also, make some stops here and there in the text to let the reader "rest" a bit, as in, don't, do, this, as, much. [editline]4th February 2011[/editline] Also, on the subject of the Resonance cascade or "2", you can't make a reference to something in the game without explaining what it is, seeing as you're stuck with 500 words, refrain from referencing game events that need further explaining.
Slice you should be a fucking English Teacher. You seem to do better than most of the teachers I have ever had.
