HOLY FUCKING SHIT HNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNGGGGG BETHESDA ANNOUNCED ELDER SCROLLS V GAAAAHHHHH NERDGASMMMMMM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 a
What really? Where? [editline]23rd November 2010[/editline] Bah, that's not a real announcement, that's just rumors.
Downloading MoW: AS, anyone want to play when it's done?
I'll play it, and I'm sure Kommy would join in.
Bethesda Game Studios is hard at work on the fifth game in the Elder Scrolls series, according to a new report. It's a direct sequel to 2006's stonking great fantasy role-playing game Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, Eurogamer Denmark said. We've asked the author of the story, Eurogamer Denmark Editor-in-chief Kristian West, to translate into English for us (apparently Google doesn't do it justice). Here's what he said: "This source not only confirmed that the game is in current production, but also spoke briefly about the content - with fantasy-sounding phrases like Dragon Lord, something with The Blades - and that voice acting for the characters in the game is currently happening in the weeks to follow. "The same source confirmed, with official game documents in hand, that this will be the chronological sequel to what happened in The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, which is the latest game in the now 16-years-old Elder Scrolls saga and by itself one of the better RPGs for PC and consoles. "The sequel to Oblivion is coming, we can hereby confirm without hesitation. It's been a while since 2006, hasn't it?" Rumour of an Elder Scrolls sequel has been rife since Oblivion's launch. In August Bethesda Game Studios told Eurogamer the majority of its 90 or so staff are beavering away on the new game - thought to be a new Elder Scrolls title - which has been in development for two years. Executive producer Todd Howard said in an interview with Eurogamer at QuakeCon that the studio's current title will be announced soon, but he couldn't say exactly when. "I have a sense but we're not ready even to talk about [the timing of the announcement], because it might change. I don't want to disappoint people. "One thing I can say is that from when you first hear about it to when it's out will be the shortest it's been for us. It's pretty far along. When we show it, we want to show a lot, because there's a lot of game there to play right now. "You know, if [global VP of PR and marketing] Pete Hines came in and said, 'I want you to show it,' I'd be like, 'Okay, I'm ready to show it.' But we've just decided for now not to yet." Howard wouldn't be drawn on many details about the game, but said the technology was derived from the engine that powered Fallout 3, albeit with significant modifications. "Fallout 3 technically does a lot more than Oblivion. The new stuff is an even bigger jump from that," he said. "I can say it is on the existing platforms, which we're really happy with. You almost feel like you have a new console when you see the game."
I think tomorrow we should have a big 6 v 6 with all of us on a team.
I'll play it, and I'm sure Kommy would join in.
Kommy is probably MoWed out after me, him, and Yusk had a match where we pulled back from the enemy's 95/100 and won. Me and Kommy always seem to do something like that. Save ourselves at the last possible moment.
No one ever asks me to play MoW with them. :smith:
Add me and I'll start inviting you whenever I play.
My download is right about done Hobbesy, I'll play with you :h: [editline]23rd November 2010[/editline] What is your SteamID?
I think tomorrow we should have a big 6 v 6 with all of us on a team.
!! [editline]23rd November 2010[/editline] Seeing as I'll be out early tomorrow. We can get the crew together and kill shit!
Nice :D
arguably me, kommie, Dragon and Yusk are the best at MoW here.
I have assault squad and the regular MoW. I also have the IP for the hamachi server.
What is MoW anyway? Never heard of it.
Just had a game with Dragon and Hobbesy, for my first game, that was very, very fun. The game is really confusing when you first play, but I found that spamming troops is the way to go. :v:
Me, Hobbes, and Tooth just won on that new map Glubinka. Was a 3v3, and we had trouble holding our side for a while but Tooth picked up the game fast and started making good pushes with infantry. Plus I was working two howitzers and a nebelwerfer so all the enemy tanks started running away.
...and I had a diversion going on to the northwest of the map, which diverted some of their attention.

Spamming is just spawning as many as you can and making them go to an area, and then forgetting about them. You actually watched them on the way and positioned them well. Hobbes, dunno what to say about what you did, I wasn't watching you. :v: [editline]23rd November 2010[/editline] Oh yeah you made that push way into the back of their land. Nice.
What is MoW anyway? Never heard of it.
Seriously.
Yeah, we need to do a 6vs6 Tommorow? Agree if you are up for it!
Forgot to mention, our end score was 100/100 (Us obviously), and them with 87/100. :v:
Seriously.
Google motherfucker, do you use it? It's a very high end ( as in, hard on newbs) ww2 RTS with direct control.
Yeah, we need to do a 6vs6 Tommorow? Agree if you are up for it!
Would have to be in the afternoon, I have a dentist appointment in the morning.
