or maybe not everyone's parents are irresponsible losers like yours
-No illegal drugs, this includes marijuana.
-No getting too wild or extreme, this isn't a high school or college party, this is members of an online forum having a mature real life gathering.
Boo! I was going to bring some violet kush.
Lets all go to Maine! No? Ok...
Being that the OP is now permabanned, who is going to start the new thread?
Is the OP the cross dressing stalker?
I SHALL NOW BE CONDUCTING THE CAMPING ARRANGEMENTS
The trip shall take place on 04/24/2011 in Baltimore.
Rules are as following:
- Nobody under the age of 45
- You are only permitted to wear bikinis and hotpants
- Anybody caught not consuming alcohol and/or illegal drugs shall be kicked off the camp and reported to the correct authorities
- Taking part in any kind of legal behavior will get you kicked out of the camp
- You must bring at least 5 beautiful women with yourself, however if not available, 5 equally beautiful men will do
If you have any more questions PM me!
I say upstate NY would be the best bet. Great camping grounds and wilderness, getting up there is cake. Heck, I'll carpool as many people as I can as long as they have gas money.
I say Chattanooga, TN. It's pretty much between the North and South East US, and it's got tons to do, like caving, hiking, exploring, etc. In fact I know a place that allows people to stay the night in some of the cave systems.

Who the fuck do you think we are?
Why is it that when ever someone makes a US camping trip thread they either 1. Get banned 2. Never post after the 3rd page on what is going down.
Also for anyone who is going to be making a new thread please for the love of god have the camping trip near where you live. Don't ask us where we want it. The US is a huge as place and unlike the UK we don't have a super easy way of getting around for very little money. Well we might but I can't think of one right now. Fact of the matter is that if you going to make a camping trip thread make it for a specific part of the US. For instance East coast or Central.
Also make the damn thread 3 months in advance. Makes shit easier to coordinate and people can get their plans and shit together.
So, how long would the camping trip be, like a day or so?
I wish there were more Midwest meet-ups. I missed Dai's zoo trip in Chicago, and that's been the only event I've heard of. I vote that any and all US meetings occur in Saint Louis, Missouri, since that is the approximate geographic center of the continental United States (and also my hometown, but surely I wouldn't be so selfish as to feign interest in fairness of travel distance just to have meet-ups hosted nearby).
This.
Change the rules, do it somewhere not too ridiculously far from me and I might attend.

Okay
Who wants to drive >10 hours to camp near where I live

You're only suggesting that so you can sing the Chattanooga Choo Choo all night long

What's the Chattanooga Choo Choo?
I'm in Northern Virginia. Anywhere within reasonable distance (~8 hours probably) would be cool.

Google/Youtube it. It's a song
I would never go on a camping meet with shiviancommander. Cross dressing weirdo.
OP is perma'd. I'm pretty sure he won't be planning this.
I've always wanted to go camping but I don't have any friends who want to do anything other than play WoW all day. :sigh:
I'm in Massachusetts, by the way.
Even if OP is perma'd we still should get a US trip going. I'm jealous of those Brits and their awesome camping trips.
I also missed the Six Flags Great America meetup. =/
How about Natural Bridge in Virginia. Its like right between north and south of the east coast.
I would be willing to organize it if need be. Depending on how many people are planning on going pm me so I can get a rough estimate.
Sucks there are no other FPers near my area in Rhode Island. Would be pretty chill to participate in this shit.
4chan, SA, FP and Reddit meet-up.

We can camp in the 3rd ward here in Houston. Totally safe, no worries.
We can enjoy and interact with the locals.

We have an easy way of getting money in case we happen to lose anything.

Many places to go sightseeing in the wards. [img_thumb]http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/f/fe/BethelBaptistChurchRemains4thWard.JPG[/img_thumb]
