[QUOTE=D3TBS;42408246]People sometimes leave their old clothes in front of our dorm building. Last week I got a gray Ralph Lauren sweater, today I got a H&M jacket and pants.

They look like suede chukkas.
Finally, I just bought Wingtip shoes.

Would I be looking good if I wear like this with those wingtips?

Can I wear those wingtips with denim pants?
yes probably. i guess it all depends though. i almost exclusively wear jeans of a variety of colorus and always wear boots with them these days i am sure you can too if the colour combo is alright

Suede shoes from Zara, guess you can call them chukkas. Got them on sale for 20€ I think
I wish someone would just sell me their shoe collection, I seem to completely forget about them.
i wish there were a stacy adams retailer in australia
U like Stacy Adams a bit too much
Peacoats - Charcoal or black? Leaning towards black because it tends to go well with any color plus my backpack and stuff are grey.

also wtf happened to sizing? I used to wear mediums and larges and they fit me well enough, if somewhat tight, now most of my clothing has to be 'small' or it hangs like tit curtains.
maybe youre just getting smaller then.
I was also undecided when it came to buying a gray or black coat. Gray was better with lighter pants but I felt the black one was more versatile
so i bought that jacket and can confirm that it is in fact not lumpy
Charcoal is a bit more versatile than black.
For my school uniform, I have to wear a black, blue, or white polo with kahki pants. There are no other restrictions besides hoodies, overshirts are allowed if unbottoned, and jackets are also allowed.
Any suggestions on what I could do to make it look a little less plain and maybe stand out a bit?
first of all, dont try any funny patterns or new colors unless you have the basics down. Second everything should have a good fit. And since you can't go too far from your set uniform, I think some nice shoes and good fitting clothes make the difference. My highschool had uniforms and even though it was slacks, shirt and tie, a lot of people just wore them sloppily, making them look bad
Four miles, 6 hours, 11 bars, 16 drinks. My boots are soaked with liquor and awesome. College life.
post some wear pics!

If my shoes don't smell like beer by 9pm, I'm doing something wrong.

Scratch that, if I'm not sweating beer by 9pm, I'm doing something wrong.

i have been spending nights and days shoe surfing on the internet. and i have found other nice ones, but i have found none that look quite as nice as a good pair of madisons.
i have never fallen in love with a pair of shoes over the internet, i have to see them in the flesh
also, its best to try them on in meatspace. I am normally an 11, but im a 9 in doc martins.
but i did see them in the flesh
thats why i want more

What is this thread's opinion on members only jackets? They look pretty good to me, but I'm worried that they have a bit too much of a dad vibe though.
its because your dad probably wore one when he was your age
dads in their 40s were teens in the 80s, and thats when members only jackets were hot
i just got some new chinos off asos for like $11, marked down from almost $40
