I like that hat.
How's this? Vans: All I can think of is the white band is probably a bad idea. or Supras:
vans are ok, getting kind of old to me now, and the black ones are even boringer. The supras are also kind of boring. I can see the appeal but it could look a lot better
What would you recommend?
I have those vans (got em for $30 on sale). Best purchase ever.
What would you recommend?
There are Vans that are more interesting looking but still have that classic look. I really dig these ones or if you could shell out a bit more get some OTW Vans. They look good, but they only go up to 13's. Still too drab looking? http://shop.vans.com/catalog/Vans/en_US/style/l2zbig.html?categoryId=91116&colorCode=L2ZBA2
well the only ones with your size in the shop are the classic ones. You cant really go wrong with it, because they arent bad, but you know, try looking for better ones. I dont know where to find shoes for your size though
This seems like the best place to ask this, although if it's wrong please let me know. Anyway, it's warming up a bit so I want to start wearing T-shirts. However, I sweat RIGHT through them, and it is pretty noticeable, so I normally have to have a sweatshirt on at all times. I put on deodorant and shower every morning. I usually use axe, and lately I've been using old spice, and that's when I started to sweat really bad. Should I just roll with an undershirt, or do you think it's the brand of deo I am using?

Vans:
can't stand these vans, the soles are huge and every 12 year old girl on earth wears them daily, I've just seen them too much to find them appealing also black shoes are really boring and generally don't look great with everything, go for grey or navy or something
I don't have as much against them but yeah there's way too many of them out there
basic vans are boring go with what rammaster said, OTWs are nice [editline]24th March 2013[/editline] or just anything that isn't generic authentics/eras
I would go with something besides them, but they are all sized 13 and under. Vans only has these in sizes that would fit. http://shop.vans.com/catalog/Vans/en_US/category/men/shoes/sizes-14-16.html Also, I found zappos.com they seem to have a better collection of sneakers. How's these? Still too common? http://shop.vans.com/catalog/Vans/en_US/style/fjmbig.html?categoryId=91116&colorCode=NKA6IJ
tag that and yeah a bit for example, the Circa Crip http://www.zappos.com/circa-crip-nomad http://www.zappos.com/circa-crip-blue-white Its a normal canvas shoe, but they have some interesting colors Now put them in black http://www.zappos.com/circa-crip-black-satin and they look like normal vans, not really interesting

I would suggest some Classic New Balances but I dunno if that's the style you're looking for.
The nomad color looks nice, but the thought of wearing light colored shoes feels odd. Also, I want to stay away from mainly blue colors.
Being a New Englander, I realized that I have no idea what works well for summer shirts. Are short sleeve button ups acceptable in this case or should I consider something else?
Being a New Englander, I realized that I have no idea what works well for summer shirts. Are short sleeve button ups acceptable in this case or should I consider something else?
Yes, short sleeves are acceptable especially with floral/Hawaiian print. Just wear something that you feel comfortable in and looks aesthetically pleasing. Or you can go to the pop-over route, which is a hybrid polo and shirt. Both are pretty spring/summer-ry feeling. it's like the guy adding the buttons gave up halfway down and the model gave up halfway through rolling up his sleeves
i can't ever seem to find shirts that aren't pretty tight fitting around my torso, which is odd because i am very thin. the shirts are the right length down, and the sleeves are a good length i suppose, but the shirt itself is tighter around my torso than i would like, so i don't know what to do. i wish i had shirts that fit less tight around the torso but were the same length [editline]24th March 2013[/editline] i'm talking about t-shirts anyway also on jackthreads i bought some shirts from massive and they are all like this. also when i shop at american eagle, which i tend not to do because the shirts are so bright and i much prefer desaturated colors, the shirts are also a bit more tight than i would like
post a picture. I cant see a tshirt being too tight unless theyre actually skin tight shirts.
i feel like if i went a size up to medium, the shirt would fit perfectly as far as how tightly it fits, but that it would be too long. i may buy a shirt or two that size and test it [editline]24th March 2013[/editline] alright i'll post a picture, one minute [editline]24th March 2013[/editline] i just feel like its a little too tight, i wish it was looser
looks fine to me.
i mean i guess it looks ok but still i have a shirt or two that's not that tight and i like the way they look and fit and feel a lot more
i'd stick with a small but try different brands and see which one fits best, t-shirts aren't going to all be uniform. i can imagine that mediums would generally look too long on you. [editline]24th March 2013[/editline] it's worth a try though
i may take another picture with the shirt i was wearing last night whose fit i like much more to give a comparison

heres another shirt, also a small, different brand [editline]24th March 2013[/editline] it's why i don't usually shop online, i feel like sizing is really hit or miss
